Yeah. I actually wish they didn't turn A'rou into a traitor and annoying maid later on. She really did care for Ruyi at first and she often get in trouble bcoz she couldn't take what was being done to her mistress.
Ruyi's last maid later on, is very much the same with A'rou when it comes to being outspoken so I wonder why Ruyi often scolded A'rou for it while praise the last maid.

Eg declining fabrics as she reasoned the mistress would look bad. A Ruo style is you wronged my mistress! Rongpei would probably say think about how your behavior reflects on others.
A Ruos tongue would get her mistress in trouble and herself killed and she's not as smart. As a maid she dressed more finely than the simple Empress Fuca. When Ruyi warned her she thought Ruyi was jealous and resented her.
@@khakawk probably because she wants Arou ,to check on her behaviour.....to discipline someone over their mistake is not hate but care to help you cultivate to a better person,if you follow her character she became smug when her father gain compliment and rewarded also, her jealousy got the best of her even harbored hatred to someone who trusted her like a family....She is not humble at all ...Thus it made her thread the wrong path and made mistake one after another until no point of turning back ,even her family suffers her wrong doings...Thats what differs Rong pei ...outspoken but fair and just and her loyalty, is Ruyi's great blessing.
