Most people are unable to handle a fall since they are accustomed to bull markets, but if you know where to look and how to get around, you can profit handsomely. It depends on your entry and exit strategy.
The fact that the US stock market had been on its longest bull run ever makes the widespread worry and enthusiasm understandable given that we are not used to such unstable markets. Pretty place. If I was wealthy I'd probably buy it,tear down the house, build a new one that would fit our needs. Probably would need to keep the exterior layout somewhat like the one that's their. The old General Store? I'd be debating as to whether or not to use it for storage,a smoke house or if I wanted to deal with the headache of restoring it into some kind of Private Historical site. I would also probably want to continue raising cattle. As for the government Program somebody mentioned, I'm very reluctant to get much more government involvement into my affairs than I have to. Seems to me that theirs to big of a Risk that if you make a deal with the government involving the use of your land that you run the risk of giving up to much control over your land. With the government if you give them an inch they take a mile. And just in case it matters to anybody, I really like the idea of having creeks and ponds.

Brad, your video want me to hit the lotto. Those hills, mountains, creeks and streams. I know that there is gold in those creeks and streams. Plus the rolling hills to build a house with a full basement that's cement poured. With thick walls and a thick cement floor. And the house build with block and a brick and stone front and don't forget about that 3 car garage with a garage door on the other end so you can ride your mower straight thru. Yes, I do play the lotto. I buy a ticket that's runs for 20 weeks. One day I will meet you with alot of cash in my pockets.

I’d live in a shed or barn in Appalachia if I could find it. I have yet to be able to find the type of properties I am looking for. Every time I look for land it’s some subdivided area they want people to build on and I’m not interested in that. No community or HOA stuff I want some land I can go be a hillbilly on. Grow my own food, ride my four wheeler, and mind my own business.
Brad your selling a “slice of heaven” here on earth. This property would be for me but I’m considered a bit “eccentric” by the people that know me best. How will Kentuckians treat a “counter culture conservative” like me?
I have yet to see Kentucky but due to your videos I can tell it’s my kind of country. I look every day to see if you have posted anything new and I guess today we all got lucky 🍀 It’s almost inconceivable that the price of land is so tempting. Without looking at the existing building I can see the potential for a stunning log cabin built by the Amish and a massive barn to house everything you could possibly need. I’d definitely look into building some air b&bs to fund the entire property keeping them well away from the main house. I’m also keen to try a small development of say 10 well build properties to start with. Each having an acre to help make them self sufficient to grow vegetables and keep chickens etc. Rental homes for say 5 years with the opportunity to purchase each home using half the rent for its deposit. It’s time for those who can to help people to become homeowners. Proof of payment for five years is certainly enough to convince virtually anyone to provide the mortgage. I’m considering this very seriously. It provides a good income and gives people the chance that might not be possible without the capital. I’m looking for land that doesn’t flood the majority of the unused land with good access and a general store 🫶🏼💫

That crease in the jeans s is from how you fold them, not from an iron. Us older gals know how to do that. Saves wear & tear on the iron. 😁😂🤣
What about the right's to the land???. Such as mineral & waters, easements???
Hi Wayne Rios, I think that is all included. call or text Jeromy - he knows this property well 606-748-0553
I could see this used as a camping area. Maybe a group camp for churches , clubs , or family.
Hi Nobie Dupree, brilliant idea! you can make that work!
This is what I want with my land.

My dream place
Did you hear the banjo, great property
Like to create a Arcturian city of light 💓 on the land ...
That a no brainer a big yes
It would be a nice getaway and a hunting camp
Jake is from statefarm. He is the guys husbands call at 2 am while wifey is asleep. (8:27)
Also vervay
Brad your selling a “slice of heaven” here on earth. This property would be for me but I’m considered a bit “eccentric” by the people that know me best. How will Kentuckians treat a “counter culture conservative” like me?
Stunning!!
I have yet to see Kentucky but due to your videos I can tell it’s my kind of country. I look every day to see if you have posted anything new and I guess today we all got lucky 🍀
It’s almost inconceivable that the price of land is so tempting.

A little slice of Heaven!
Great video!
Do you have a link to this place?
No wonder this donkey is "mean", he's all alone. Donkeys are very social animals.
OMG I would love that- I can’t seem to afford much
