If I ever wonder a large lottery or became a mega millionaire, I’d buy something similar to this. Have my brothers family, my family, my parents come live with us. Id build multiple houses with one large covered common outdoor space with a lot of amenities and pool so we can meet for dinners, watch the games, have a bunch of guest over.
