Wow, I can't believe this estate is just under 5 million. I've looked at estates in Georgia and North Carolina that can't touch the amenities of this property and they were 2 to 5 million dollars more than this one. I'd be satisfied to just live in the guest house, lol. Whoever buys this home, I'm already Green with envy. One of the most beautiful homes I've ever seen.

This property is absolutely gorgeous! What are the chances of you adding "Virtual Tour" to the listing, so we can do an actual walk-around on our own? A virtual tour is a wonderful tool for the long distant prospective buyer.
It is also a perfect tool for criminals to have the layout of the house. Better to fly out, vacay, & see it in person. Great way to see our beautiful country!

I lived near there. I had 78 inches of snow /ice and -4 degree temps with 80 mph winds clocked at hospital! Believe me, that door is great!
