    I had high Cholesterol, cut out eggs red meat fat and had no change, then did a cutting weight lifting program for six weeks and cut out carbs, mainly bread, all wheat products and sugar and guess what? my cholesterol dropped significantly! eating fat doesn't seam to raise my cholesterol?

    • @drsamrobbins
      @drsamrobbins  6 лет назад +18

      Keep in mind that 80% of the cholesterol in your body is manufactured/made in your liver. Thus, it happens internally and NOT externally from food! Depending on the fat you eat, they will lower or raise your cholesterol. Same with carbohydrates. There is no bad food group, just bad foods. In fact, higher carbs does worse for many people because of insulin. This is why this drsam.co/yt/LowerSugarLevels has helped lower cholesterol for many of my customers, even though it’s designed to lower blood sugar. Also, each of us digests and assimilates food differently. For example, I don’t do well with red meat or high fat diets. You don’t do well with high carbs. It’s great that you know what is working for you!

    Dr. Sam, I know, that all you said is true, But when you scroll all the other videos of some Doctors advice, one says " dont eat these, its bad for your health, while the other adviser says its good for you, it is very misleading, We dont know which one is telling the truth. But your videos and explanation sound sincere and very true.

      What you want is hard (getting proteins with pure vegetarian meals) but it's not impossible. I have the questions answered in my other videos, but I know rice is rich in proteins (needed to grow your muscles), seeds (like pumpkin) are also high. Start from these

    I have since 26 Years extremely high cholesterol values 600, 1000 and out of range and have no problems at all with it!
    My arteries are OK - only very few signs in Ultrasound.

    • @drsamrobbins
      @drsamrobbins  7 лет назад +2

      of course your arteries are ok now... you're 26 years old... what about when you'll be 50-60?

    • @FakeNewsHunter
      @FakeNewsHunter 7 лет назад

      And I like eating food with high cholesterol and do eat it not seldom. When I heard that the body produces less Cholesterin, when the already is enough, it should not be a problem to eat my beloved pig footh and raw eggs :-D
      Why should I have lower values? I had no problems with the high values, so I do not believe the mainstream statements.
      That some thousands of people taking a competitor cholesterol-lowering drug (viox?) did die from heart failure, was no wonder for me, my PFIZER drug seemed to eat up all my muscles, and finally the heart is mainly a muscle. I did the right thing not to do what the MDs did tell me. For one year I took Chinese herbs which did lower my cholesterol values without sideeffects ... but even this I stopped - why should I work against my body when it regulates to such high values?
      Because the MDs are telling me this? No, sorry. I think the MDs do not understand the basics of anything.

    If a persons cholesterol is under control, but has heart disease and exercise all the time, are eggs safe?

    • @drsamrobbins
      @drsamrobbins  7 лет назад

      This is 2 separate questions. Why do you have “heart disease”? As far as eggs being safe, YES! The problem is sugar, grains and carbohydrates. Lower them and you’ll be better off. You also need to lower your blood pressure and improve your blood flow/circulation. Here are two videos to look atdrsam.co/yt/bloodsugaroptimizerdrsam.co/yt/bloodflowoptimizer
