@@Flying_Gamer76 This is an animation, it's from a TV show called "Air Crash Investigation" or "Mayday".
These recreations are so realistic, you can't help but feel in your gut that so many real people lost their lives in these events.
One of the reasons could be that there is a ton of shit the pilots have to keep track of. Have you seen inside a cockpit? About a thousand buttons, switches, dials, and warning lights.

@the boy in black yes
I also like it when everyone survived but if nobody did ,it makes it more interesting
I felt pretty bad for the pilots on American International Airways Flight 808. Those guys were worried that they’d lose their jobs if they didn’t do the flight. As a result, fatigue caused them to make mistakes. I even read the investigation report showing that one pilot got fired because he wouldn’t fly tired and those guys knew about what happened.
Yes sir ur rigjt
I love mami
Better get fired then let fatigue cloud the pilots judgment and dying. Getting fired is not deadly but crashing is deadly. Refusing to fly due to fatigue beats the hell out of crashing and dying. He was looking after himself and the passengers.
@Giri_shiva if you inform the new company the exact reasons why you're fired from the last company you'd probably get a job. Plus, join the company that is immediate & fierce rival of the company so that you get hired quickly & then can sue the company using your company's good offices.
Yeah but luckily all of them survived with injury. Cause of survival: Cockpit detached from the cargo compartment

those suckers are LOUD, don't worry
you should read what the BEA (Frances equivalent to NTSB) says about Airbus and the technology as applied to its aircraft.
This only confirms to me what I've been saying for years. There's no reason to fear flying. The plane can stay up in the sky all day as far as I'm concerned. It's the crashing that gets to me.

@nono4564 Just because something is entertaining, doesn’t mean they get a rush of joy. That’s ridiculous to assume. I also am entertained by this material, but that does not mean I enjoy watching people suffer. That’s the last thing that I would “enjoy”. Im sure this is the same case for this young man
@@brandonrichter2301 he’s saying the same exact thing that you’re saying? Why’s it fine that you’re allowed to say it but he isn’t.
Right
Bro he doesn’t make any sense
this video was uploaded *a week* before the tragedy of flight SJ182, it's really sad to imagine if one of the victim already watched this before.
I have watched air crash documentaries for years since the 2000’s, it’s weird to know that after watching these episodes people have died in air disasters in ways similar to what was just reenacted
I remember seeing on-ground footage of National Air 102, the cargo shifted backwards and caused to loose control leaving it in a stall.
Such a sad situation. Once the load shifted there was absolutely nothing the crew could have done to save that plane.
Important distinction: The cargo didn't just shift to the back it smashed directly into critical systems in the tail, and destroyed every single control on all 3 tailfins

Rest in peace to all the professional pilots trying their best to rescue the plane meanwhile the plane has a mind of its own
That's because the pilots did something stupid and don't realize what they did 🤷♂️
@@willschultz5452 Hey they tried to fix there mistake but failed miserably atleast they tried I doubt you even know how to fly a plane.
@@aeoe665 yes, I DO know how to fly a plane. Thats why I can't understand how it could have happened 🤷♂️
Planes DON'T have a mind of their own!! They do what the pilots tell them to do except when there is a mechanical problem.
@@willschultz5452 But still they tried to fix it.
"Caused By Stalls" is misleading, because stalls always have causes which are usually the ACTUAL cause of the crash.
Wrong stalls sometimes do not for example if you put autothrottle on 250 and put the throttle lower the autothrottle will stop working and the plane will just crash
Not always. Due to airflow, it is possible for a T-tailed plane that is 100% operational to enter a condition known as "deep stall" where the effective angle of attack creates insufficient lift and the wing wash blanks out the horizontal stabilizer. Airplanes have crashed in a deep stall condition with wings and nose dead level with the ground. This has been largely engineered out of larger aircraft but is still possible in certain aircraft still flying. Air isn't a homogenous mass, it's a violently turbulent fluid with varying density, air currents, and a gust of wind can add a large enough tailwind component to cause Vref for landing to be too slow to maintain lift and you have planes crash short or land hard. With the time it takes engines to spool, by the time your GPWS is going off it is usually too late to correct because you have no altitude to trade for more airspeed as the engines come up.
Exactly, stalls is too general a term, for crashes that had multiple different factors that caused the stall!

KLM 433 was not a stall!!, they have noticed a drop in the right engine oil pressure, so the pilot put the engine on idle, when he tried to turn around, he gave the left engine full power while keeping the right one in idle, so the plane banked to the right. Unfortunately, the right engine was working perfectly
Wow 👍
Passengers saw the left engine burning and did not correct the capt when he announced that the roght engine was shut down. So he shut down the wrong engine and the plane crashed.
When you fly on a plane you gotta ask yourself "do I feel lucky"?
I am 74 years in age. When I was a kid, there were three things I wanted to do when I became an adult...(1) operate a bulldozer..done that! (2) drive a tractor trailer and be good @ it.. @Fish4000 I always take AMTRAK or VIA RAIL , when I visit Europe I take The Queen Mary from New York City to England .
Like they always say, “Aviate, Navigate, Communicate...”
Just fly the aircraft first, and by fly, I mean don’t stall. Gravity usually doesn’t wait around for checklists, or for the pilots to get their heads on straight...
I love the narrator’s voice!
I salute every pilot who survives until the retirement years. He is a beast 😎 😊
It drives me nuts that most of these are cut off.
Flaps settings, trim settings and CG, are "killer items"
What is the Smithsonian's point of showing these crashes without giving explanations? I've seen detailed accounts of four of these crashes in which the post-mortem described the findings of the investigation agency and revealed the cause of the crash. Yes, all of these involved an aircraft stalling, but that's not the complete picture. Lots more went wrong in these incidents.

I'm pretty sure (I don't have their tv channel) that they air entire investigation episodes on the Smithsonian TV Channel but only upload segments on RUclips to try and get people interested.
This irritates me, also, and i paused the vid to go Yahoo the flights and read the wikipedia accounts ot find out what happened. I already was familiar with the Fineair DC8 crash, so I skipped that one, as well as the National Air 747 crash. Would have been nice to have a block vid page with a quick explanation of findings.
they want you to watch their tv shows. these videos are insanely profitable, not because of ads and whatnot, but because they themselves are a massive ad to their tv channel.
That’s so sad. Very upsetting. May they all RIP 🙏

These are good for pilots to learn common crashes and the causes
24:52 24:54 "fly the plane, fly it"

Here's the problem stalls are hard to recover unless your 10,000 feet in the air and your in a sink of 20 degrees 25 or more like the 747 National will just go smash on the ground due to no lift and when a plane banks one side has more drag making the other wing stiff and hard to turn
