The first story about the King Air brought to mind a near crash my brother had. He was a bush pilot in Alaska and owned an air taxi service. While taking off at Anchorage in his King Air, ATC gave him the wrong coordinates and he was caught in a jet wake. The wake caused his plane to get sucked into it and he flew into the top of the cabin . He sustained a head injury but miraculously landed the plane. The top of the plane was rumpled. Needless to say, he was compensated.
The best part of your comment is where you talk about him managing to land aircraft,minor head injury he sustained&getting compensated for what he wasnt responsible for.I hope he is doing OK.

The first crash had been presumed to be a result of an in-flight fire, and the second, an uncontained turbine engine failure. But an extensive investigation eventually determined that the cause of both crashes was the in-flight break up of the fuselage pressure hull
The second crash was a mistake of the pilots and a power differential between the engines. Prob planes especially have problems with this. If the first officer had the throttles, he would have felt the power differential and could have compensated for it.
Watching your plane crashing in real time on a monitor must have made the situation even more horrifying. There were no more monitors on planes after this. May the poor victims of this and all the crashes rest in peace.💔
Today's airbus aircraft have cameras that can be viewed on the screens
It's better to know your end is near, than to be caught unprepared. These people had a moment to make their peace because of these cameras.

Because the klm captain spend too much time in a simulator that he got absorbed by it, and in the simulator there are no atcs. Also the captain was in a hurry so he wants to go despite not having clearance and poor CRM caused the crash
I think they also assumed the ATC clearance was the takeoff clearance and that the Pan Am had cleared the runway.

My question is why did the pilot not jump out instead of shouting for help for them to get open the door

Paul Walker got to the scene fast and furious.
Mechanical failure, poor maintenance, negligent workmanship, pilot error, maybe the safest travel but the crashes are horrific, especially the ones that take minutes to hit the ground.

26:23 we all know the pilot crashed the plane on purpose, but with FDR and CVR disabled, the evidence was lacking resulting in the other team blaming mechanical failure

they use animations and flight simulators. im pretty sure they use the accident reports, FDRs and the CVRs to get this to be as close to the original crash as possible.

This is a tragic story but one which, unfortunately, happens all too often. Germany, America, Mozambique, Japan, Singapore, and other countries, have all had crazy pilots crash airplanes, causing a major loss of life. In some cases there were clear warning signs that should have convinced the airline to dismiss the unstable pilot in question. In other cases the warning signs were not so apparent. The airline industry needs to annually conduct professional, in-depth checks on pilots' physical and mental health.

I disagree. They took a bunch of previously aired disaster videos, heavily edited them to cram them all into 84 minutes. I'd rather watch one complete accident video than this. But to each their own!
A lot of air crashes covered, but little of the investigation as to the cause. This is important.
The highest point of the mountain is almost in line with the clouds, so it's very impossible for the pilot see it.
Those passengers should be thankful no one person is responsible for what happened that day 😮
After the fifth crash I realized that without info from investigations this video wasn't working for me.

My sympathies for all those who went through the horror before they died. You will never convince me that air travel is safer than cars., people survive most car crashes, plus the comparison of the two is done by miles traveled, which is ridiculous, aircraft travel 4 to 10 times as fast as cars, the comparison needs tobe made on amoujnt of time spent in an aircraft vs in a car, in that case, air travel is 20 per cent more dangerous. I fly when I must, have survived two very near mid air collisions, not going to press my luck, plus I detest the mega airports, and saying its safer to fly than the trip to the airport in a car is airline hype and a feeble attempt to tamp down one's legitimate fears. i might add, I would board a Boeing plane only at gunpoint.

Haneda airport disaster
A japan airlines plane crashed in the haneda airport (i have no clue from the flight number and the cause)
Okay the flight is 516
JAL 516 crashed into a Japanese Coast Guard plane, killing everyone but the captain in the coast guard plane. Everyone survived in the A350 which is a miracle in itself.
Now the cause? The coast guard plane taxied into a LIVE runway, they were told to lineup and wait before taxiing. They obviously did not. The red lights at the end of the taxiway did not light up, and the coast guard plane was getting ready to depart for earthquake relief efforts. The A350 was given clearance to land. It landed and subsequently collided with the much smaller plane (if you saw the video, you'd see a fireball. That was the smaller plane). Who is at fault? Coast guard plane.
Next time look up the cause and the flight before you report on a disaster.
