Hey guys, I've got two really easy dinners you can make in ten minutes in the instant pot! You can also make them on the stove just by doubling the time! :)
Cooker method:
Follow the exact same steps and cook it on medium (high end) for double the time!
Ingredients I used:
Meal 1:
Rigatoni
Onion
Garlic
Chicken stock powder (I used maggi)
Chopped tomato
Fresh Cream
water
Meal 2:
Sweet potato
Onion
Garlic
Red lentils
Chickpeas
Ground Cumin + Coriander
Vegetable stock
Fresh cream to garnish

Hey thank you so much. You can use salt or more vegetable stock powder. you can substitute the sweet potato with butternut squash or pumpkin or literally use any veg you like as the method would stay the same.
