I've been looking at tutorials for at least two hours and all attempts literally failed so bad, this was the only one clear and easy that helped me as a beginner! Thank you for the huge help❤
Thank you so much!!! I literally searched up how to make a star like 10 times and all of them said beginner friendly and I was so confused, you made it so easy!!!!!
These are so cute, can you make a tutorial on making bigger ones? I learn easier watching! Im a visual learner! The patterns get confusing for me sometimes and im a beginner crochet-er
Thank you! Currently, this is my only star pattern, but you could use heavier weight yarn and a larger hook to make a bit larger star using the same pattern.
Dearest Heather! TYSM for the pattern! Can you tell me the approx SIZE of these stars using worsted weight and your G hook? I’m making buntings for my granddaughter’s graduation, and am trying to get as many sizes as I can without changing yarn weights, etc. PS: I just LOVE LOVE LOVE the way you make your magic circle!!!! How easy! (I’ve been crocheting for 50 years, and I never used anything but the old “ch 2, sl st into first) to make a ring). So I spent so many crazy days and nights trying to figure out how to do this magic circle thing! ⭕️ 😱😫😢 So I finally got it, BUT I’m using your way from now on! “Just make a fist, and you can’t miss!” Lol Lol, I knkw, I’m weird! Thanking God for you and your work....may Our Heavenly Father continue to bless and safely keep you, in Jesus’s Precious Name, Amen! I’ll be praying for your continued success in these tutorials, as well as walking closer and closer to Our Lord each Day! 😘❤️🙏🙋♀️🌹
Hello there, Deborah! I'm so happy you enjoyed the pattern! The finished stars are approximately 2 inches using worsted weight and a size G hook. You could use an H or J possibly for a larger version without changing yarn weight, although I've not tried this myself yet. Magic circles are life changing to a crochet artist! They are truly magical. I've used both methods and find this version is the easiest to close up the whole in the middle. Thank you so much for your thoughtful comment, support and for watching my videos
