  • This is my first experience with 20W diode laser. This is very serious power, able to cut very thick wood but also it can engrave steel too. Air assist kit is mandatory if we want to cut wood, it results sharper cutting and it prevents flames during operation. In video you can find a solution for better positioning of the laser during boundary check.

I've watched countless videos on the unboxing and setup of the Atomstack A20 Pro and your video was the only one that gave me the specs of the power supply. Well Done!

    Great test as always.
I like how the touch display is connected with long twisted hdmi cable. I hope the manufacturer will watch your video and bring new version. They need to turn off the fan while laser is not in use and bring the head lower so we dont need to raise the engraving object.

I'm mot agreed with the Laser temt as an option, IT IS A MUST HAVE.
You don't know if your child goes into the basement with the Laser on. You can't expect child to know if he/she have to ware protecting glasses on, when entering the room!
    Great review by the way

The Laser Head Mount has 3 Positions to fit your needs. Just rescrew the Head Holder one Mounting Hole Deeper. The you can Laser without stands. Next Step is to remove the bottom of the Laserhead and level with the tool sideways. (its a Sticker on it) Much easyer to find Start Position. Wear googles and have fun.. Btw.. Enclosure is a must in my opinion. Great Video !!

Great video production, and as always, informative. I would not buy this machine though. Needs lots more development.

Toothpick is a brilliant solution, but it should not have been necessary in the first place. For an engraver, accurate positioning is essential and it needs to be addressed by the manufacturer.

I agree. Toothpick is the solution untill the Atomskack don't came up with nicer solution. But even they can get some idea too (like pointer laser instead toothpick ;-) )

Do you know why good lasers come in full enclosures? Maybe you should go find out?
