I follow akshaya's all workout and this is the one awsome . I combine this workout along with pcos weight loss work out as well. I have lost half kilos in a week with diet (only night meal taking light ones) thanks to you @akshaya your workout videos are amazing and am getting results and I dnt mind if it's slower bt there is progress. Note : i have pcod and thyroid. On treatment with this workout as well

I really like it , i use your pcos workiuts as a break in my work out routine, once a week. But i need to thats not a kneww friendly only because there are no jumps 😢
