Definitely worth checking out more Massive Attack, between them and Portishead they invented a new genre of music in the 90’s infusing rock, dance and hip hop known as trip hop , which was a dark industrial chill out vibe , Massive Attacks first single unfinished symphony was huge at the time and the video was played endlessly on mtv , and Sepultura covered their hit Angel and did an amazing job, as a side note their is big links to the artist Bansky , some saying it’s a member of the band as artwork all ways appears where they play around the world and started in Bristol where their from, Portishead have a great album live from Roseland Nyc with an orchestra which is really worth checking out, Glory box and sour times album version from the concert is awesome
Mezzanine which includes Teardrop was a great album also. Unfinished Sympathy is a really great tune for sure but was surprised it didn’t even make the top 10 when released.
An absolute classic. There is a really great Jose Gonzales cover also you should check out
Marcos, I envy you for hearing this, and so many other songs for the first time. For many of us this is ingrained into our being. That notion that Love is a doing word is such a reality check, right?!

The "heavy sh*t" comment I believe was about Angel, not Teardrop. Something interesting about this song, is that the vocal lines are not major or minor, Elizabeth sings in between semitones so it could be either, which gives the song a strange neutrality.
Do Banstyle / Sappys Curry by Underworld. Do it now. Or tomorrow.
Or maybe Juanita. Or Nylon Strung. Or Two Months Off. Or Dirty Epic. Or...I could go on, y'know.
