As an alum, I am sickened by this. And for the record, only around 10,000 Palestinian civilians have died so far as a result of the war that HAMAS started. There is no genocide in Gaza, their numbers have been rising exponentially since 1948. The average college student is 18 years of age when they enter so they are adults (although they don't act as such)so the parents can't put them in time out and any of these rioters that are here on a student visa should be expelled and deported.

At 1:30 the lady screams "they are choking me!" But you can't scream if you are being choked. And the reporter says police are " carrying this person out but their hands." But you can see there are 3 officers, one appears to be supporting her legs in back and 2 in front with their arms entwined inher arms. As she is slipping down a bit they adjust to holding her shoulders. If a person is breaking the law and refusing to leave that person has to be carried out somehow and this seems a reasonable way to do it. She's not being carried by her hands.

I support the free speech and your heart for Gaza, but I hope that you can also condemn Hamas. The whole thing is not productive at all. For most U.S. colleges, first-year applicants must decide where to enroll by May 1. I wonder how many parents will then advise their kids not to attend Columbia. Actually, I am glad that my daughter decided to go to other school last year, instead of Columbia. Otherwise, I will be worried.
