They don't stock it cause you just need to loosen the three bolts that hold that bracket down. Soon as that nipple is touched the horn sounds. Just loosen the nuts 1/2 a turn each and it shouldn't touch.

Ugh! My horn won’t stop honking. Why hasn’t Dodge fixed this known issue.
That's why they are called dodge because they dodge doing what they are supposed to do.
Would taking the horn fuse work as well?
