In August 2017, i bought a 9 month old 2017 Journey SE 5 seat, 4 banger, with 3100 miles from a dealership out the door price of $15,321, which I think was fair. They had about 8 of them on the lot, They were gathered up from other Dodge Dealerships and used as loaners when customers had to leave their cars for extended repairs. With over 5 years ownership and over 60k miles on it so far so good, I had to replace the battery (which was a pain as it was under the left front fender), the tires, wiper blades, front and rear light bulbs, FOB batteries twice. I take care of all other normal maintenance myself.
I bought a 2017 with just over 19,000 miles on it ..in 6 months I took it back to dealer 5 times for repairs..it turned out to be a lemon.. I think these vehicles are plagued with problems
Manufactured in Mexico. A 2009 I looked at 3 days ago the interior and exterior ( showroom quality) was on the scale of 1-10 an 8. A red flag. Then the car lot attendent said nothing needed on this car when we bought it. All I did was the brakes and oil. I changed the oil and painted the Rotors. Isn't that a . red flag? "Painted the Rotors?"
9:17 Funny seeing someone with the same issue my dodge journey has, the rear bumper pops out and I just punch it back in every time I walk by. Common issue I suppose.
Hello! I am looking at a 2011 Dodge Journey that is being sold by the owner. The inside and out looks very clean and well taken care of. Only 103,000 miles and he’s asking $4,700.00 for it. He is 100% fine with letting me take it 45 minutes away to have my mechanic check it out. Is an 11 journey with that kind of miles a good buy? And what kind of issues can I expect to see with those kinds of miles? Thanks!
I found Dodge Journey 2010 and done 118,000KM, It's clean and all good but they told me recently it had some problems in the transmission and they repaired it so I don't know is it a reliable car or I should look for different brand. It drives smoothly but when I change the gear there is a sound I don't know is it from gear or what . Cheers
This makes they should get transmission service every 60 to 80k if the owner miss service due dates it could damage the transmission to be replaced, transmission has its break in period if service your transmission the way its favor in your interest it will last the way you adore it
120k almost 121k 4200$ dodge journey 2015 side swipe tool hub cap off the wheel and broke back hub cab one tire was slightly iffy but i plan on replacing them anyway. test drove to 50 mph. the engine sounds great no engine or abs lights etc. drives smoothe and quite. good deal? or too good to be true and they hiding something? idk if ur still replying!

Hello, I just bought a 2009 Dodge Journey with 96000 miles on it last Thursday for 1500 I thought I made a pretty good deal with it, Saturday I purchased a new battery, yesterday I took it to the mechanic for the oil change, and change the starter. I took it out the mechanic with was working fine but 10min after driving it turn off. Luckily it turn on right way, I went to put gas 5 min later same problem I was stock in the gastation for 25 min till a Good Samaritan came to my rescued. Said the battery was not connecting the right way it was kind of loose, he put a nail on it it turn on fine.. I’m thinking on selling it again! I need and advised
Sounds like an extremely good purchase to me..... with any used automobile you’re going to have little things like that happen I personally would probably keep the car it’s not that big of deal To me I don’t know where you can get a much better value than that it sounds like you did make a very good deal even if you put $1000 into it you still have something that you can be proud of and your purchase as well but that’s just my opinion I wish you the best of luck I don’t want you to feel unsafe but if you’re only spending $1500 on a car you’re probably not gonna feel much safer than you could with the hundred thousand mile car like what you got
The Clay Way thanks you so much for answering my question... My friend told me it’s better to put money on a “new “car than put money on an old one... with your answer I made my choice a lot easier. Thanks again.
I also have a Ford Escape 2003 I bought it 2 years ago for $800 it had at that time 125000 miles on it. Know it has 149000.. I love that car after 2 years the alternator mess up, I’m going to fix it for 375$ I will keep both.
New cars depreciate faster than anything on the planet. When you’re in the business of making money or doing whatever it is you do for a living and you can afford to buy a new car certainly a new car is no problem because it’s just a cost in your budget but when you’re living on a somewhat limited income a new car is not really a reasonable choice as far as I’m concerned I personally would never buy a new car unless I had mountains and mountains of money . But I have an advantage over most people I can fix just about anything so I guess I’m a little bit jaded in that perspective but with the invention of RUclips I also believe anybody else could fix anything it’s only a matter if they want to
Niurka vill : l bought a 2010 for $5,650.00 with 123,000 miles last year. It needed brakes all the way around and a tune up. boom there go's $1,200 but l have a good car now. Sounds like you got good deal. Do you still have the Journey ?
I have a Dodge Journey sxt with 203,000 miles and lately having to put in brake fluid more than I should. What's causing this? Please Help, Thank you in advance!!
Well like anything beauty is in the Eye the beholder. If it runs and drives well and doesn’t have any creepy noises it’s probably OK it’s always a good idea to have stuff checked over I’m certain they will find something wrong with the $3500 car . And then the thing you need to ask yourself is can you live with the problem it has and do you need to take care of it right away doesn’t sound like a bad deal to me just about any car that runs and drives is worth at least $2500 in my opinion personally if there’s not too many issues. Check things like the tires did they do the oil changes etc. etc. be realistic it is a $3500 car it’s not going to be perfect you never know how long they will last
Hey Clay, I’m not sure if you’re still responding on this vid (awesome btw) but I’m looking at a 2014 DJ SXT V6, it has 91k mikes for $13,000. I’m going to try to negotiate down to $12,000 but between those two figures do you think that’s fair in this market? It’s been a painful search but the carfax on this vehicle is well maintained, has good tires, and 3 previous owners. KBB put its value between 11-13k. Test drive went well too.
Thanks for the kind words I love Cap’n Crunch . No I think the price is insane, but with the rate of inflation I don’t really see how you have a choice. I sold A 2012 fully loaded three years ago with 80,000 miles on it for $6000…….. wow Great time to be a seller but a bad time to be a buyer.
Hi Clay, great video as we are looking to buy a Dodge. What are your thoughts on the new models from 2014 onwards? Are they still reliable cars or just walk away from them?
Well I don’t know about the Canadian dollar ..... but it is not worth that much less than the US dollar but that sounds like a terrible price. Even if the Canadian dollar was only $.75 on the dollar here in US That would make that thing right around $6000 and that’s ridiculous so I would say buy something cheaper I’m assuming you mean 177,000 km which would make that about 109,000 miles and it’s still terribly high for that amount of miles not that amount of miles is all that bad that’s actually pretty decent miles. But still seems very pricey
Another guy told me that just the other day and he was Buying a 2012 SXT with 95,000 miles on it for 5500 I told him that that was a pretty good buy in this market I don’t know if 12,000 is steep. I would think for that kind of money you should probably get a used Honda or Toyota with 160,000 miles on it I’m gonna make a video about exactly my feeling on why you should never buy a car between 80,000 and 120,000 miles and in short it’s basically based on a theory that most of the things that are going to break break during them periods of miles so buying something with more than 120,000 miles on it and having the seller tell you that they done X,Y and Z it’s probably better than buying something based upon the miles. That’s my opinion and I’ve said that over the years but I’ve never made a video about it but it’s a pretty good basis for a video thank you for asking I think you’ll be fine if you buy it I just think it’s a little bit overpriced and in this market it’s difficult to negotiate generally vehicle sale within a day or two no matter what the miles are on them because there’s so little bit of inventory out there for sale
Is it normal for the v6 model of the Dodge Journey to shake a little bit at idle while in gear? It has like these little tremmers, most people don’t even notice it.
It’s very possible it could be normal depending on the mileage and etc. but more than likely you have a broken motor mount and that energy is transferred through the body to your paddle when it’s under load
The Clay Way it has 177000km, I’m going to check the motor mount same way you did in the video. I did tell the dealer many times and they said they didn’t notice any shaking or tremors, but After your video I’m betting it is a mount and I’m going to check. Thanks
same as the dodge 2013 same trans dont scan obd2 just disconnect neg cause computer needs to be reset if their is part broken will come on on a light older one would be better where you could work on your own most people are holding on to these
My personal opinion is a Toyota or a Honda if you’re looking at something that is old or if it’s something that’s brand new in that situation it really doesn’t make a difference but if you’re looking at something that has over 100,000 miles on it Japanese automobiles will always be my first choice.
I must strongly disagree with you on wheel bearings, they were never built to where out. 999 out of 1K cars in junkyards have the original wheel bearings in them. It was a rare find to have one fail in a properly maintained car. In MOST cases they will start to howl long before they actually have enough "play" before they fail. Point of interest. In the past, cars NY State, as part of the safety inspection, ball joints alone, were a specific point of inspection for pass/fail. BUT because back then Chrysler was producing ball joints with enough slack in them, that just after a couple of K miles they would fail to pass the specific requirements. Chrysler claimed that they where still strong enough to be safe and that they were 'designed' that way to improve the 'quality of the ride. ??? Another interesting thing that I would like to mention, THE HEATER CORE!!! I nearly dropped my Diet Coke Zero, [ not my Diet Coke/JD, which would of been a sin], when you mentioned that there may be a problem with not enough heat because the heater core may be clogged. You could try flushing it out with a garden hose, [some one call Houdini ], but that it would clog up again. So replacing the core would be the way to go. But to do that the entire dash would have to be removed including the climate control box which entails recovering and recharging the A/C system. Well that will only last less time then the age of the car, and chances are that you will have to soon service / replace the radiator. It seems that the engineers at Chrysler like using a casting compound, [ I'm not sure that is the right term ], that doesn't shake out of the block. The compound tends to cling to the water jackets and over time tends to loosen and travel thru the cooling system and deposits in tiny spaces, ie. heater cores and radiators. This was some thing that happened a lot in the 70's and 80's in Chrysler's big block engines.
I have a 2009 R/T AWD @73000 KM, recently it started smoking white/really light blue smoke for like a minute on start up and it drove just fine, no coolant loss, no power loss, no overheating, we took it to a mechanic and he said that our spark plugs were flooded with oil, our valves and combustion chambers are also flooded with oil and likely cracked. But it doesn’t overheat, and didn’t smoke when it drove. We fixed that issue with a PCV valve dispite a mechanic telling is we should scrap it or put a new engine in it. Then I finally put insurance back on it because it appeared to be fixed, drove it down a block to put gas in it, and not even a block away from that gas station I heard a weird sound that almost sounded like a parking brake being pulled, and then boom now the thing is smoking all the way down the street really bad, but still no coolant loss, no overheating and it was driving fine dispite the smoke. I have no damn clue what it could be. I really don’t think it’s the cylinders being cracked on a 73,000 KM car and I doubt it’s a head gasket either.
That’s what’s called a broken valve guide seal. Engine oil from the cylinder head that is used to keep the top of the engine oil and lube is leaking down into the cylinder from the seals between the valve . It needs surgery I wouldn’t say it’s a complete waste of time it doesn’t have that many miles on it it’s not a easy job at all and probably will cost somewhere between $1500 to 2500 to fix but not the end of the world either. Of course this is a text message and I haven’t looked at it it’s possible it could be the rings on the Pistons but I doubt it. If you did what’s called a leak down test you can certainly find out which valve guide it is. Or the piston ring. (Like I said I doubt that it’s a piston ring) I hope that information finds you well and I’m sorry to hear that happened to you God bless have the best days
The Clay Way We tried to take it another block, you can hear the valves ticking and the entire engine is pretty much shot and now it has really bad power loss. Unless I swap a new engine into it the repair cost would be so high it’s not worth it. I’m not sure what to do with it now, it’s not a running car and I can’t repair it, so I guess it’s just scrap.
Ya sounds good to me . Actually sounds like a decent deal SXT is the base model though most of the time. But hell with 99,000 miles on it it would be hard to think that it wouldn’t last another 60 or 70,000. I’m not a super huge fan of the dodge journey but nowadays everything is so expensive I sell jeeps with 180,000 miles on them for $8000 pretty much for the last three months
I’m looking at a 2010 Dodge Journey R/T with 138,659 miles on it and they’re asking for $9,995. In your opinion do you think that’s worth it? I know the market in my area is crazy for used car right now.
The market is crazy for used cars that seems insane to me I sold one that was completely loaded navigation blah blah blah with 80,000 miles on it for $6000 now of course in this market that would probably be a $10,000 car but these are not exceptionally good cars I’m sorry to say if I had $10,000 I would buy a 200,000 mile Toyota or Honda before I would buy that.
@@sharpcarco Thanks for the reply! I was going to see if I could talk them down. Kelly blue book has the sell price averaged at about $6k-$7k. I never hear much about journeys and have seen a lot of mixed reviews. Trying to trade in my ‘06 Cadillac DTS for something where the upkeep isn’t crazy on it.
We’ll I definitely think they’re better than the Cadillac DTS because that has a 3.6 in it in them or even worse that’s just my opinion so take it for what it’s worth….
@@sharpcarco mine has the 4.6 North Star v8 I actually love my engine but I can’t afford to get it resealed just to keep the oil from leaking out of it. I’m also checking out a 2008 Ford Expedition xlt. My area doesn’t have a whole lot for sale now.
Hi, I am looking at a 2009 Dodge Journey SXT. That car have160k km on it and have one check engine light on. Should I consider buying it? They ask for 2000 dollars for that car
Well that depends on why the check engine light is on but most of the time the check engine light is on for oxygen sensors which should not be a concern the only time you really need to be concerned with the check engine light is when you drive it and the check engine light consistently flashes that means there’s actually something wrong with it to thousand dollars is a pretty fair price for a vehicle with that many miles on it that runs and drives
@@Igoriann Thank you so much for your reply. I ended up getting a 2010 Dodge journey V6 SXT with only 110k km on it. They asked for 5000 CAD but I bought it in 3000 as is. It only needs the tire and brake replacement which cost me 1400. I have driven it almost 10K km and it is a pretty cool car, no repair is needed. Thank you so much for your videos and reply!
I'm going to look at a 2014 Dodge Journey se sport utility 4d tomorrow. He says that the vehicle has over 200 thousand miles on it though. And he's selling for 5,000. I've ran the VIN and it looks clean.. Could I get some advice please?
Well I guess the prices of cars must’ve went up quite a bit but it is a 2014 that’s a lot of miles for one of them really don’t have too many thoughts on it I suppose if you get a good feeling it’s probably OK ...... if you don’t walk away
@@sharpcarco okay, I was for sure going to test drive it and try that jumping motor technique you showed. Also I was going to take it for inspection as well and see what they had to say about it. If it all checked out, considering the mileage I was going to do my best at talking him down into the 4000-4500 range?
It is a 2014 and if you do your diligence have it taken for a look and it feels good to you I’m sure it might be OK they’re definitely going to find problems with it but that shouldn’t stop you from buying it if the problems are Not that big a deal
Good Sunday Edward unfortunately I’m not familiar enough with the newer ones to see that that’s good or bad sounds reasonable to me if you want to really know I recommend looking up the NADAM you want to purchase it . 10% less than clean trade whatever that number they say it is after you add the options etc. etc. that will tell you that it’s a good deal if you pay retail you’re paying too much this is just a guideline that I use you can obviously pay what you think is fair but that’s how I do it
great video, very useful. I love the look of this car, but All cars I Like are bad. dang. 2009 Lexus rx350 is a great car, but ugly, rav4s are ugy, I like tahoes, Escalade, Cadillac CTS, Arcadia, all of them seems to suck :(
Hey Steve yeah I’m certain it’s possible . I’ve never personally done it and it’s probably cheaper to do an aftermarket one and then the factory one that came with but if you had the whole vehicle or access to all the parts I suppose you could
Well unfortunately there’s a lot of folks out there that cannot afford to buy certified preowned. And if they could I would never recommend them buying a Dodge Journey Under any circumstance LOL
I'm looking at getting a 2014 Dodge Journey SE with 187,546 miles on it. I have gotten the full CarFax Report and I have done a title check on it already and everything looks to be good so far. It is selling for $3,700 do you think that is a good deal?
Well $3700 for a nice running and driving vehicle is not a bad price. It sounds like you’ve done your due diligence and really that’s about all you can do. With that many miles on it you may be able to find one for 2500 but 3700 is not too far out of line ask them to come down on the price a little bit. I am not a super fan of the dodge journey personally speaking. I would rather have a Toyota or a Honda with 200,000 miles on it personally but try not to overthink it too much I still recommend you ask them to come down on the price a little bit
Bought this same model in this video feb.2020 with 115,000 off craigslist for 4300 i service the transmission and change air filter and spark plugs and o2sensor bank2 now running perfect , its at 127,k 3.5 v6 6spd transmission 2009 , only problem its burning alot of gas with only 20mpg because i have flow master v6 lmao idk about your model its only perfect if the last previous owner took care of it service the transmission and use thicker oil if you really high mileage and burning gas ⛽
Hi Dillion. My first question would be what year? I want to do a little bit of research and make sure that I have my information correct before I give you a recommendation. I will however say this now I am not a fan of Chrysler products. But I do try to be fair and balanced. Before I give any recommendations let me know thank you much have a great day
16-18 are a bit better. The earlier pentastar had cyclinder head failures, ticking from worn rocker arms (cheap fix if caught earlier) and prone to coolant leaks(cheap plastic). By 2016 most of these were revised. The transmission 6 speed suffered from stalling and poor/no shifting at high mileage. The main computer had rare failures. Get one past 2015, low mileage and have a gameplan ($$$)past 100k miles. The good is they are really cheap to buy and parts are only slightly above average.
I have a 2019 Dodge Journey and just came back from new Jersey to Arkansas in it. It runs great but sometimes the break pad gets stuck and I cannot start the car. I got this vehicle in 2021. The break pad getting stuck has only happened twice since I got it. It only has 30,200 miles on it.

I sold A 2012 fully loaded three years ago with 80,000 miles on it for $6000…….. wow
Great time to be a seller but a bad time to be a buyer.
2012 Dodge Journey SXT with 161,000 miles for 5,300? Is that a good deal or should I be skeptical.
Sounds very pricey to me....
Kelley Blue Book says that a fair market price is $4842.00 - $6281.00
A 2009 I looked at with 122,000 ish was priced at that
Journey ❤Journey ❤ you Love ❤️
Hi Clay, great video as we are looking to buy a Dodge. What are your thoughts on the new models from 2014 onwards? Are they still reliable cars or just walk away from them?
2016 Dodge Journey with 177,000 miles for 9,000.00 cad. Good deal or no?
Well I don’t know about the Canadian dollar ..... but it is not worth that much less than the US dollar but that sounds like a terrible price. Even if the Canadian dollar was only $.75 on the dollar here in US That would make that thing right around $6000 and that’s ridiculous so I would say buy something cheaper I’m assuming you mean 177,000 km which would make that about 109,000 miles and it’s still terribly high for that amount of miles not that amount of miles is all that bad that’s actually pretty decent miles. But still seems very pricey
Omg you service/serious ?
I'm looking at a 2015 Dodge journey with 95k on it for $12k. AWD and V6. It drives great. Safe buy?
Flint Michigan Support!
there she blow,s AWW MAAN where u been i been asking around about this exact model good grief wat a mess of a suv i got into
Is it normal for the v6 model of the Dodge Journey to shake a little bit at idle while in gear? It has like these little tremmers, most people don’t even notice it.
It’s very possible it could be normal depending on the mileage and etc. but more than likely you have a broken motor mount and that energy is transferred through the body to your paddle when it’s under load
The Clay Way it has 177000km, I’m going to check the motor mount same way you did in the video. I did tell the dealer many times and they said they didn’t notice any shaking or tremors, but After your video I’m betting it is a mount and I’m going to check.
Thanks
The coolant level looked low, just had a radiator flush recently and my coolant is good now
Hello I would like to know where do I find the mileage on the Dodge Journey 2010
When you open the door it should be on the dash lit up even without the key in it
@@valeriekennedy6495 you talking the total mileage or trip odometer?
"Things to look for"... Yea look the other way for a different car. Nothing but problems after a while.
I guess it should’ve been titled “things to look for not One of these cars”
same as the dodge 2013 same trans dont scan obd2 just disconnect neg cause computer needs to be reset if their is part broken will come on on a light older one would be better where you could work on your own most people are holding on to these
You stated a journey isn't your first pick of a vehicle, what would you recommend that has awd or 4wd and is reliable.
My personal opinion is a Toyota or a Honda if you’re looking at something that is old or if it’s something that’s brand new in that situation it really doesn’t make a difference but if you’re looking at something that has over 100,000 miles on it Japanese automobiles will always be my first choice.
@@sharpcarco Facts!
(Like I said I doubt that it’s a piston ring)
I hope that information finds you well and I’m sorry to hear that happened to you God bless have the best days
The Clay Way Thanks for the help 👍
The Clay Way We tried to take it another block, you can hear the valves ticking and the entire engine is pretty much shot and now it has really bad power loss. Unless I swap a new engine into it the repair cost would be so high it’s not worth it. I’m not sure what to do with it now, it’s not a running car and I can’t repair it, so I guess it’s just scrap.
Thinking about a 2009 SXT Journey. 99 000 miles for 5510 USD. Good deal?
Ya sounds good to me . Actually sounds like a decent deal SXT is the base model though most of the time. But hell with 99,000 miles on it it would be hard to think that it wouldn’t last another 60 or 70,000. I’m not a super huge fan of the dodge journey but nowadays everything is so expensive I sell jeeps with 180,000 miles on them for $8000 pretty much for the last three months
@@sharpcarco Thank you for the reply! Why is it that you aren't a fan? I hear comments from owners the 09 has some issues with starting sometimes
All the ones I’ve seen had lots issues. But then agin all I see is issues…… so
I’m looking at a 2010 Dodge Journey R/T with 138,659 miles on it and they’re asking for $9,995.
I always add 6 qts to my daughters 2010 3.5 liter Journey and it shows full on the dipstick evert time.
Could be many things, test drive to see how it operates. If its runny poorly then dont get it
I wohldnt buy it because they're asking too little for it. Also, 4 cyl is horrible. V6 or nothing when it comes to journey
2017 with 48000 miles for 12500$. Fair?
Good Sunday Edward unfortunately I’m not familiar enough with the newer ones to see that that’s good or bad sounds reasonable to me if you want to really know I recommend looking up the NADAM
you want to purchase it . 10% less than clean trade whatever that number they say it is after you add the options etc. etc. that will tell you that it’s a good deal if you pay retail you’re paying too much this is just a guideline that I use you can obviously pay what you think is fair but that’s how I do it
That alternator looks terrible. Wife & I just got a 2012 Dodge Journey. Alls hella good, but wtf does it have a CD player & no bluetooth???!!!!
I know I thought the same thing about the no Bluetooth thing by 2012
@@sharpcarco did discover today that it has and aux outlet in the center console. Cloooose enough 😁
you can easily upgrade it with a 20dollars FM Bluetooth receiver. Will do the work~
good video man

thanks for the baby moms tip @3:40
great video, very useful. I love the look of this car, but All cars I Like are bad. dang. 2009 Lexus rx350 is a great car, but ugly, rav4s are ugy, I like tahoes, Escalade, Cadillac CTS, Arcadia, all of them seems to suck :(
Most of the Parts are plastic! They will break sooner than later! And the Battery location is worth not buying a journey!
I want to know about the power steering
Hi I'm looking at a 2009 dodge journey SE with under 150k miles I was wondering if I can install a touchscreen GPS/navigation inside
Hey Steve yeah I’m certain it’s possible . I’ve never personally done it and it’s probably cheaper to do an aftermarket one and then the factory one that came with but if you had the whole vehicle or access to all the parts I suppose you could
@@sharpcarco thanks for the reply. Great video by the way!
Well unfortunately there’s a lot of folks out there that cannot afford to buy certified preowned. And if they could I would never recommend them buying a Dodge Journey Under any circumstance LOL
Ability to run you over..lol
Haha!
My Honda just died at 166K 😭
Get to the door fast as you can it's aDodge
How are the journeys with 3.6l v6?
Hi Dillion. My first question would be what year? I want to do a little bit of research and make sure that I have my information correct before I give you a recommendation.
I will however say this now I am not a fan of Chrysler products. But I do try to be fair and balanced. Before I give any recommendations let me know thank you much have a great day

2016-18 Journey v6 awd.
Probably a little bit too new for me to make recommendation on or not. Sorry I wish I could let you know something

What do you think of pentastar v6s?
16-18 are a bit better. The earlier pentastar had cyclinder head failures, ticking from worn rocker arms (cheap fix if caught earlier) and prone to coolant leaks(cheap plastic). By 2016 most of these were revised.
The transmission 6 speed suffered from stalling and poor/no shifting at high mileage. The main computer had rare failures.
Get one past 2015, low mileage and have a gameplan ($$$)past 100k miles. The good is they are really cheap to buy and parts are only slightly above average.
I’m looking at. 2012 with the v6L awd rt at 83000! And main Major problems to be aware of?
I have a 2019 Dodge Journey and just came back from new Jersey to Arkansas in it. It runs great but sometimes the break pad gets stuck and I cannot start the car. I got this vehicle in 2021. The break pad getting stuck has only happened twice since I got it. It only has 30,200 miles on it.
"Brake" not break.
