I was helping a friend on this one and he said the horn button was the fix, i did not ask about the TIPM relay click but I assume it took care of everything. Sorry, that's about all I got. Did you resolve the issue on yours yet?
@@craigautotech thanks for your reply back. I didn't solve my problem yet last time at the jeep dealer they told me that they tested the connection between horn and fuse box that one was ok. But fusebox was still clicking. What I have notice was when I put the fuse back in the car it looks like when I horn something is sticking and makes constant contact with my horn button. But I will try to put a new horn button in and put the fuses back in my fusebox and see whats gonna happen. Keep you guys posted. If you have a update please let me know. Regards.
@craigburkhart what the problem at the fusebox or the horn button? I have the same problem. The garage already changed my clock spring and sayed the horn button is ok but my fusebox is clicking as well.
