Blender sculpting issues / I can't sculpt all areas / limitation when sculpting

if you have limitations when sculpting as in you cant sculpt all areas of your model, it may be because you need to apply your subdivision modifier.
Click modifier tab
Click the drop-down arrow in the sub-division tab
Click apply
This may be the solution to why you can't sculpt all areas of your model.

I believe mirror on your x axis may be your issue. But i havent seen your issue so i cant fully understand.
