    Dr Saleem aap ne kaha k same medicine nhi Leni chahiye need k liye but main toh pichle 4 saal se neend ki same tablet le Rahi hu ..Jo ki bohut harmful hai.. thanks a lot for good advice...🙏

    सर मेरे साथ भी ऐसा होता
    मैं पूरी रात सोने के बाद सुबह ताजा feel नही करता हू 😢😢
    और इसके वजह से पूरा दिन मैं stress feel करता हूं ,मेरे सीने में हल्का हल्का दर्द भी होता है कुछ दिनों पहले मैं बहुत डिप्रेशन में भी था लेकिन अब वो बात भी मुझे परेशान नहीं करती है,किसी भी काम में मन नहीं लगता।
    मुझे क्या करना चाहिए??

    Thank you Dr.. For past 2 years Iam unable to sleep at night regularly. I have taken all sleep medicines. They provide good sleep but Iam dependent on them. Without them I am unable to sleep. Alopathy do not cure root cause. I have taken clonzapam, Alprazolam, Nitrest, Olenzapine, Flovamine,. Doctor prescribed them for short but I have taken long time. I have reduced the dosage now and unable t sleep. i will take Ayurvedic medicens now.

    धन्यवाद मुझे नींद आती है लेकिन कुछ घंटोबाद पुरानी बाते दिमागमे चलती है और नींद नही आती दो महिनोंसे हो रहा है । दिनमे काम नही होता और नींदभी आता है।

    Sir I do night shift my shift goes off at 4:00 AM daily and this shift I doing from past 11 years.
    I feel this problem sleep doesn't come fast .
    Sir in this shift time how would I ba able to manage the body clock so that sleep come after I am getting off from my computer.
