He recommend to make a drink
- At night take 1 cup of water and add 1 teaspoon ajwain and half teaspoon jeera in that 1 cup water. In the morning boil this cup of water and after 1-2 boils add 1 teaspoon grated ginger and then again boil for 2-3 boils. Your drink is now ready.
- You need to drink this after morning breakfast and after dinner.

Thank you sir for all the tips. My son is 8 years old and has severe constipation problem which we got to know in jan 2023 when he had unbearable stomach ache and we took him to the hospital. Second time after a month he has constipation problem again. Pls suggest something for kids specially.
