    In today’s video Mike show's an ascending pyramid format to progress the Turkish Get Up. It entails increasing the reps by one at stages throughout the get up. Here is the breakdown:
    1 Rep: Roll
    2 Reps: Floor Press
    3 Reps: Elbow Post
    4 Reps: Straight Arm Post
    5 Reps: High Hip
    6 Reps: Transition to Half Windmill
    7 Reps: Lunge
    The TGU covers so many planes and patterns of movement, that you get an amazing look at stability, strength, and mobility on both sides of the body.
