Hey Mike, what size bag would you recommend for me? 35 y/o, 6’2” 175 lbs. I’m advanced in terms of strength and athleticism and would be using it for grappling strength and conditioning.
These bags last forever. I have one of the bags made in Marquette Michigan. Got it in about 2005 ish. Still using it although the handles are really starting to wear.
