    Hello. Can I ask my friend to confirm the translation? If yes, then is there a special form for such an option? And do I need to make certification for each document? Or is it enough to provide a general certificate (for example from 1-200 pages) for the entire EB1 petition?

    first of all I would like to thank you for this very informational video. Something you did not mention that I think might be important or actually is important . Whoever doesn't know they should know that they cannot write or translate the birth certificate for example by themselves or on their own. In other words they can't translate their own document , They won't accept it at the immigration services well that's what I read, I could be wrong, but do your research and good luck.

    I already submitted all my applications and I’m just waiting for my appointment date but the website says to only translate those documents who are not either in English or the language of where the appointment is taking place at. I’m in Mexico so to me that means if my documents are in Spanish I do not need to bring them translated to the interview. Am I right or wrong? Thank you.

    Thank you so much for your pro tips ! My question is that are we need to send the original sealed translated documents or the copies of them ?

    • @damjandenoble5448
      @damjandenoble5448 5 лет назад

      Send copies. Bring the originals to the interview, if any.

    • @damjandenoble5448

      The general rule is ALWAYS send copies, except for signature pages, which should almost always have wet ink signatures.

      You cannot translate your own civil documents. Find someone that does it in your language. There are many sources online.

      I did it and they accepted the documents. Add the certification and you can do it

    Thank you for this video! If I''ll use one of the online translation service - how will I receive the translation from them? by post, or it will be downloadable from their site? If so, must I send to USCIS the original translation with original stamp, or just downloaded copy of it? Thank you

      You can choose post,email, or both. The Spanish Group, which we use, gives both for no extra charge.

      Your translation never expires. The date on the certification only indicates when it was translated. But it never expires
