This worked today (01/25/2024), I got to speak to someone! (1) Wait for Emma to ask "How can I help you?" then say it. (2) When asked to give your Receipt # just state "No". (3) Hold, I had a 16 minute wait.

I remember the not insanity days of being able to reach a tier 1 representative without resorting to “hacking” the system. Those were the days where working with USCIS on a case on behalf of a client was still allowed. Good luck.

One of major problems is that Emma is not helpful at all and the website for example for i134a states to “call or contact after 90days”. Not true since my husband spoke with live agent today who said “there’s no processing time limit”. Frustrating and disrespectful only using virtual agents. Thanks to another lawyer who provided the phrase needed to speak to human being just like this video. Thanks ❤

I tried this but it keeps asking "why do you need an infopass appointment" then it is asking me about thay receipt number. I need to speak with a live agent! I have been given the robotic turn around for days!
You have to watch almost 8 minutes until the question of how to get a live agent is answered: Call the 800-number and say "INFO PASS" when the automated system ask why you're calling.
If he gave the answer right away, then you wouldn't have time to become endeared by his charm! His video would be less memorable to you. You probably wouldn't return for more videos. You might not remember his name/business if you need help from an attorney.

Emma got smarter now. I said info pass and Emma asked me why. Then never transferred me to a live person

Pretend you don’t have your receipt number. Hope this helps.
