Excellent video! Justin is so well-spoken and knowledgeable about his product. His passion for shoes really comes through in everything he says and does. That's why Jay Butler is destined for huge success! A company with authenticity and passion.
Just learned about your shoes today!!!! I'm a woman with big, flat, wide feet😂😂 who is very fashionable. I LOVE loafers. I typically buy Cole Haan and Ferragamo. I'm all for buying American & supporting entrepreneurs 💋💋🍾🥂
Thank you for the kind words Zakiya. If you are interested in trying our loafers, please bear in mind that there is usually a 1.5-2.0 size different between men's and women's shoes. So a Jay Butler 8 would be a women's 9.5-10.0.
By far the best pair of loafer’s I have ever owned I own Gucci loafers and I would trade them in a heartbeat for these shoes I bought all colors in leather and suede fantastic!!!
@@jaybutlershoes1702 Thanks for answering! Say the usage is averagely 3x a week So the correct way is to moisturise via lotion + polish it (via leather cream or wax) every 3 months on avg. 🙏🏻🙏🏻
@@jeremylee3827 Yes that should be fine, if you see the leather wearing or look dry at all before then you can use more frequently. Exception being if the shoes get caught in the rain or mud and need a good cleaning - then you might want to address quickly.
Justin Jeffers, in the video, recommends: After applying Saphir Creme Universelle, let the shoes sit for "10 minutes" before buffing off the excess. 3:52 After buffing off the excess, let the shoes sit "a few more minutes" to let it dry out. 4:07 After applying Saphir Shoe Polish Cream, let the shoes sit for "10 ~ 15 minutes" to let the Cream dry before buffing to shine. 5:27
Yes - the perforations are actual (small) holes in the leather that allow air to pass through the leather - almost like a leather mesh. usually you cannot see socks or barefeet through the holes but sometimes in the right light or with bright colors the holes can be seen through.
I did as you suggested with Saphir Creme Universelle and Saphir Beat Du Curi on brand new Tan and brown Ferragamo shoes after wearing for a day I notice white marks on the shoes. Please advise how to remove the Saphir Beaute Du Cuir. Thank you.
Hi Tony, Thanks for watching. What type of white marks are you seeing? If it looks like a white film or smears then please wipe the shoes down with a slightly damp towel.
This saphir cream is good but leaves white marks on colored shoes. For those the Saphir Médaille d’Or rénovateur is way better. Best product for shoe care anyhow.

I have wide feet too, love Tod's but they're so narrow. Can't wait to give these a try!

Thank you for the support Rorey, glad we were able to provide you with some loafers you love
Nice loafers and sockless is the way to go. 👣
Fantastic information!
Do you apply the lotion / moisturiser after each use? How does that work?
Hi Jeremy - no do not apply after every use. every 2-4 months will work well, depending on how often you wear your shoes.

Are the perforated leather ones see through ?

We have not had issues with white marks or streaks. The Medaille D'or line is generally of a higher quality, but also a higher price point.
