Nice to see you again Justin :) You are making the most beautiful loafers in the world. I must try to buy some in the future but I'm from Europe so still little bit afraid of picking wrong size... Cheers!
Hi Kamil,
Thank you for the kind words. Understandable on the sizing issues and ordering from Europe. If you have not already, feel free to email us with any specific questions (help@jaybutler.com).

Thank you - good spot on that, ref. 16713
so i bought shoe trees from your website for my jay butler loafers, and the shoe trees size matches the size of my loafers... but they kinda dont fit? like they dont go all the way to the toe. is that normal from your experience with your guys' loafers, or should i buy a smaller size shoe tree?
Hi Percyvael,
Thank you for your order and for supporting us. Unless they are 'lasted' shoe trees, they will almost never fully fill a toe box. So it is not abnormal that the shoe trees do not go all the way to the toe. We've been using the shoe trees available from our store in our loafers for years and have not had any issue with the trees deforming the loafers.
You could certainly order a smaller shoe tree, what you will likely find is they may go closer to the toe end of the loafers, however, they may leave gaps in other places.

@@jaybutlershoes1702 Thanks for the knowledge & input. I'll try em in my loafers again. I'm inexperienced with shoe trees as I've just started using them for my other shoes.
