What is a Grab and Cook Recipe?

Looking to save time in the kitchen and get organised in advance? Grab and Cook recipes are for you!!
This method if preparing meals in advance means that you make your meals up raw using fresh or frozen ingredients and store in freezer bags or containers in the freezer ready to grab out and cook whenever you need them.

So glad you are back! 💗 'Grab and Cook' sounds great ✨ I do a wee version of that by freezing chopped veggies either on their own, or together (such as carrots, celery & parsnip, since I can use this mix for a few different types of soup etc), or even batch cooked black beans, lentils, chickpeas... Then it's easy to throw them as needed in the Instant Pot, with some chicken stock, tinned tomatoes or the like. But would love to see your upcoming recipes, and try new combinations! 😊 Looking forward to new videos - I've got the notifications on 😁💕
