    मैं daily 1000 से 1500 बार रस्सी कूदता हूँ, लगभग 3 महीने 20 दिन हो गए है,अद्भुत रिजल्ट सामने आया है,मैं जहाँ कोई काम 1 से 2 मिनट भी नही कर पाता था,अब मैं घंटो लगातार भारी काम करने में समर्थ हूँ, थकावट बस कुछ सेकण्ड्स के लिए होती है,15 से 20 सेकंड में फिर से फुल एनर्जी फील होने लगती है।।im happy now❤

    i have been skipping daily for 7 to 8 years ,13 minutes 2000 jumps with variations but would say that it will not build your thigh muscle and not literally burn your belly fat but capable to burn overall fat and you just try and see that running is very difficult than skipping

    I just want to know ..is it necessary skipping continuously 2000 times in one go ? Kya ek bar me 200 bar skipping karne par same benifits nai honge kya ..kuki mere se abhi 200 times se jyada nahi skipping ho pa raha hai

      No it is not compulsory....do skipping as much as you can ....take some rest ...again do it ....take rest do it again exactly 1hrs

    I can hit the rope 500 times in three minutes. Take two minutes rest after three minutes. In this way, after three minutes of exercise, two minutes of rest, I do 2000 rope exercises every day for 20 minutes

      Bro i have reached till 450 in 3 minutes and can do 1500 skip in 10 minutes with small brakes of 1 minutes after 2 set🙂
