Hi friends!
Thank you so much for stopping by! In today's video, I show you how I have my settings for my converted sublimation printer, the Epson EcoTank 2803. I have my printer set up to a PC, using Windows. I show you how to get to the printer settings, then exactly what settings I use. You may choose to alter the colors or saturations based on your needs/wants. Different inks or paper may show up differently for you.

How to find the network ?
Go thru you scanners and driver find Printers and click on Epson series network and then Preference.

my computer doesnt give me these options, what can i do?

You have to make sure you have installed the drivers from Epson. These options don't appear until those are installed.

Thank you for the video. I'm struggling a bit tho, because when I add a new preset name and start choosing the options, the preset name doesnt stay highlighted, like how you "Test" preset does. I;m confused on how I actually get it to save and stay with each option I pick.
I just had to update mine and i struggled until i remembered. Make all your selections, like Premium matte paper, etc. then click the add to make the preset. Then you can name it. I accidentally kept creating then trying to save them and it was wrong. Hopefully this helps a bit .

Thanks for the help. I have the same printer and just set it up like you showed. One issue I keep having is I will save my design from Canva as a 9.5 x 8.25 size but when I put it in Word to print the size is smaller. Any advice? Thanks!
When i do that i always have to adjust the size in word. If i download from Canva at 8.5x11, i make it that size in word, with the adjusted smaller margins. :)

Hi guys! I didn't have that option either then I realized I never downloaded the driver on my computer. After I downloaded the driver my screen looked the same as hers-- did y'all install the drivers??
i tried changing the setting to sublimation but its not letting me apply? any suggestions?

I just got this printer and the setting are just layout or paper/quality
Make sure you have all the drivers installed first. The printer settings I show are only after the full install is done in setting up the printer :)

How do I get 4 pictures on one sheet of paper? Just bought this Epson ET 2803. Every size I pick for the paper, it's actually the size of the picture going on One Sheet of the paper. I am not getting this. Using the App that came with the printer.
Go to your printer settings and you should see on the main page (first one that pops up when you go to printer preferences) the first selection you can change will be document size. Scroll down until you see "Multi-Page" and then select it. From there you can choose to print 2 up, 4 up and so on. But don't forget you changed it! ( I did and almost lost my mind when entire pages were printing the size of wallet sized photo!🤣

@@joannetucker7281 Okay. I'm sorry I just saw this. Did you figure it out? If not, I'm going to look at mine and see what the issue might be.
So when I went to printer preferences it did not give me the same options to name anything It just showed orientation and was set to portrait or I could hit landscape I'm unsure what to do.
sometimes that can happen if the printer drivers weren't downloaded during the install. I am running windows 10 on my pc, and downloaded all the items that came with the printer. I use cosmos ink, but didn't download their drivers.
So there can be so many variables as to why you may not see what I see.

@@justiceslater2861 When you go to Computer settings, put in printers then look for Epson Network should be 2 printers network for epson printer.
Is it best to add the image in Microsoft words then print? I just started and setup my printer but the first print didn’t come out great. I tried the property settings like you did but it’s not showing me all the color options and stuffs like yours. Idk why.
Same my menu is very minimal
I have the same printer as you and when I hit printing preferences, I get different options than yours and my printer did not come with a driver but a CD that I can't insert into my computer.

Once I saved my settings through printer preferences I haven't had to change them when I print through Microsoft Word.

I do not have those extra options i put the disk that came with my printer in my computer to im not shure why 😔
I believe these options may be different depending on what windows you are running. My computer was/is on windows 10, and I just downloaded the drivers from the Epson site. I wish i was able to see and help!
@ShopWithDelicia thank you so much for frtting back to me i didnt realiz i had to download more stuff for those options i got them but im trying to figure out how to print a dark black on glossy paper and glossy printer paper its like a blue or grayish color do you have any pointers? Thank you soo much
i have a windows 11 and it looks completely different from yours, i cant see how to change to 8.5 x 14 to print longer images on mine
