OMG! OMG! Is the only thing I can say after this great workout 😂. This Arm Ab workout was insane. I feel so nausea afterwards. I was shaking while I was drinking my water😂. I’m most definitely feeling it in my arms and Abs. This workout was 🔥 intense. Day 25 completed! Thank you Rachel 💪🏽❤️
I was not prepared for this one😂 but I loved it. My whole body was burning. I challenged myself to lift the knees at the end and it was tough but I did it! Ive done 3 months of your videos so far and i can see and feel my body gstting stronger🎉
Thank you for the variations of exercises you do, I enjoy them. Also, for those who don't have sliders and are on carpet, you can use paper plates - worked for me.
Day 25 ✅️ it me 55 yo heavy lady...oh boy still cannot lift the knees AND move anything else at the same time lol...I will get there...this weekend was rough for me to do this...I don't want to say this I just want to be like done! Yay...but these are about accountability for me...did something really hard for me Saturday physically and mentally...and Sunday I honestly just made it through the day...one day after the bad day was all I allowed myself for the pity party and I'm here on a Monday not wanting to do anything but I made myself and my horses a promise ...im here to get strong 💪 and I am even when we have bad days give yourself one maybe two but don't let it overtake you...its too easy to give up...I refuse...thanks Rachel ❤! See you tomorrow the days will just get better as I move forward 😊

Wow that was a killer😊 didn't have sliders and the towels didn't work so I grabbed oven mitts😂😂😂 they worked somewhat but my wrists definitely found this challenging. Not sure if maybe a fist would have been easier for me than a flat hand. I'll tey that next time😊
