Thanks for watching! What do you think of the UX? A good deal or not? By the way, I forgot to show you how the active sound control button works..basically when it's "on"...it's louder to sound sportier but really it's just sort of a buzzing sound 😅
I actually liked it! I'm a Millenial approaching 30, this is a perfect vehicle for city dwellers such as myself. I test drove the UX200 and the 250h and I am favoring the Hybrid simply because it had more power and you can't beat that gas mileage. Really disappointed about the cargo capacity but I'm just planning to use it for small roadtrips (Vegas, AZ, etc) so the roof cross-bars should be sufficient. The Rav4 Hybrid also caught my eye but it's just way too big and fully loaded literally the same price and same fuel economy. I mean, people buy a vehicle for their everyday needs and the Rav4 is mainly a commuter compact SUV versus the UX being subcompact is perfect for city driving and small roadtrips with its 400+ mile range. Great review on the new UX it was well in depth and really helps people decide what they are looking for in a vehicle. Well done 👍.
16:13 it would be a nice invention to have electric folding down rear headrests for better visibility. most of your driving time you dont need them and they block always sight.
Thanks for your excellent review. You are a natural communicator and deliver the sort of information that a driver and a potential owner would like to know.
I hate Lexus for not having Android Auto. Aside from that, it has a small trunk space and the back seat is quite cramp. Aside from that, it's a great car.
Great review!!!! I like what Lexus did here. I’m a sedan lover but would consider this if I wanted a crossover. It has that stand out Lexus design and a decent size body.
I think I was right around 39-40mpg over the whole time I had it which is what it’s combined estimate is. Some conservative eco driving and some more aggressive. It’s hard for me to say since I haven’t been in it’s closest competitors 😕🤷♂️
Yeah I was really happy with it. It’s definitely not fast, but it’s quick enough and a pleasant drive overall. After watching s few other reviews that were not very high on it...I came away more impressed than expected. No thank YOU! 😁
It is a great drive. You do get a sense that it is quite high tech. I liked it a lot and I got one. After a week it’s fun to drive, and very economical which are the main things ?
I dig the color of this thing and I like how Lexus’ sunroofs open on the outside of the roof. I don’t know why other manufacturers don’t design their sunroofs like that...preserves headroom and looks cools. I think it will sell because of the ‘cheap for a Lexus’ price and the crossover craze, but if it were my dollar I’d buy a loaded CX-5/Forester over this. If I wanted a Lexus, I’d spring the extra $ and get a NX, which I think is a better overall package. Good review though. Jealous of all this cool rides you’ve riding around in! 😬
I do too and excellent point on the sunroof style. That’s something I completely don’t even realize. I’d rather have one of those too, for sure. No kidding lol, I’ve been lucky. Acura RDX review coming this weekend 😁. Have a great week sir!
Hey so I’m riding with my wife who drives an ‘04 Toyota Highlander and I opened the sunroof...it opens up within the roof oddly enough. Idk when they started doing it the other way lol ...I’ll have to pay attention to more vehicles 😅
😆 I only remember sporty cars having the roof open on the outside, but Toyota seems to do it on a few non sporty cars. I know the UX, NX, CT, Sienna, Prius are like that.
The lexus costs very little more than the mazda but the mazda is a rebadged ford and build quility is poor. Lexus build quility is the best. Its also much quicker and has the best hybrid gubbins.
10 of these cars with their fuel consumption in reality..... www.spritmonitor.de/de/uebersicht/26-Lexus/1770-UX_250h.html?fueltype=2&vehicletype=1&constyear_s=2009&constyear_e=2020&power_s=100&power_e=225
So apparently there is (they just don’t advertise it) because they want people to buy a subscription based remote start. However, as soon as you open the door, the car shuts off then you need to restart it

Thanks for stopping by on this one too! You’re totally right about this being excellent for city driving. Super nimble and easy to park. Enjoy it!

I'm not a Lexus fan, but this one is good looking. The light bar at the rear reminds me of Audi's latest design. Good review, thanks Nolan 😉👍
Thanks man! I agree on that might bar too! I appreciate it
I like the interior design. The exterior is 🤐
Thank you again Nolan for such an amazing review 🤗
Thanks man! Yeah I hear ya and much appreciated! 😁

Great review; very thorough. I like the vehicle quite a bit.
Thank you!

"Enough with that rant"😂😂😂 awesome review as always! 👏💯
Haha thank you very much!
@@PrimeAutotainment you're welcome!
Very detailed 👏 review!! I love ❤️ to see the car 🚘 lights at night ... Can you do a review on a Tesla Model 3 please ?
Thank you! If I can get ahold of one I definitely will. Hopefully soon!
Great little car
Great review!!!! I like what Lexus did here. I’m a sedan lover but would consider this if I wanted a crossover. It has that stand out Lexus design and a decent size body.
Thank you very much! It impressed me more than I expected, very solid and the gas mileage was great lol
Prime Autotainment You’re welcome! What was your average MPG? Would you say it is your top pick in the segment?
I think I was right around 39-40mpg over the whole time I had it which is what it’s combined estimate is. Some conservative eco driving and some more aggressive.
It’s hard for me to say since I haven’t been in it’s closest competitors 😕🤷♂️
Prime Autotainment That is a pretty impressive number. It doesn’t seem dull to drive so that makes it better too. Thank you!

Nice review! Thank you.
Enjoyed your review.
Thank you!
This is the 20th review video I’ve seen for this car but None of them show what the break lights look like 🙃 lol
So true

reliablity with price 😏😏😏
Great review!
Thank you!
I have the f sport hybrid, don't mind it - it's great on gas and comfortable. Better on gas than my LS460, lolol.
May you please do a night review on the UX hybrid?
Lexus is top notch!!!
Oh my god! Price in Thailand 117,000$
But good videos Nolan
Thanks Franky! I appreciate it!
Why would someone buy this over a fully load CX-5?
The badge ? Wow that's really stupid.
Anyway wonderful review Nola keep up the good work😉.
Thank you! I feel the same way lol...I’d rather go for the CX-5 as well! Appreciate it!
@@PrimeAutotainment 👍
Lexus is known for reliability though, this car will still be running over 100k miles with no major issues.

Hmmm, I think its a great car just won't age well. At least its bigger than the CT
Not cheapest, least expensive!
the F-Sport makes the ride quality a bit worse. for luyury drivinf dont go with F-Sport !!
2.5 litter
❤❤❤🚘🚘🚘🚘
😁👍
Yeah still a bit cheat for 32k

Great hairline
Cratemoving Sale haha don’t make fun!
32k and not even tinted windows nah I’ll pass and it looks cheap for 32k
It would be nice like other “SUVs” and crossovers but I seriously feel like they didn’t because it’s more of a “sedan” Hatchback lol
No remote start? What a joke Lexus!
