As a subscriber and viewer, the corrections made according to vaasthu on every nook and corner will spoil the perfectness of the design made by an Architech.. Then we are trying to adjust the imperfect space/area to it accomodate. I feel this will be an headace for architech to work with such clients. South west ( Kannimoola) and other major vaastu complaints can be considered to some extent but playing with numbers is totally foolishness.

Starting to charge for call would be a good option , ofc people have to understand time is valuable, getting an option for appointment and streamlining the process would be a good start .

ഈ ചുറ്റളവുകളുടെ ശാസ്ത്രീയ വശം എന്താണ്?...... എന്റെ അറിവിൽ പണ്ട് കാലത്ത് കോൽ കണക്ക് ആയതു കൊണ്ട് ഉത്തരം കയറ്റുമ്പോൾ കൂടി ചേരാൻ വേണ്ടി precalculate ചെയ്തു roomsize ആശാരിമാർ എഴുതിയുണ്ടാക്കിയത് ഉപയോഗിച്ചിരുന്നു എന്നതാണ്.....ഇപ്പോളത്തെ കോൺക്രീറ്റ് റൂഫ് വീടുകൾക്കു ഇങ്ങനെ ഒരു തിയറി ഫോളോ ചെയ്യേണ്ട aavasyamilla........ അല്ലാതെ കഷ്ടകാലം വീടിന്റെ മുറിയുടെ അളവ് കണക്ക് കൂട്ടി വന്നു കേറുന്നതാണെന്ന് തോന്നുന്നില്ല..
A-Frame വീട് കോൺക്രീറ്റിൽ ചെയ്യാൻ പ്ലാൻ ഉണ്ടോ. അത് എത്രമാത്രം feasible ആണ്. അങ്ങനെ ഒരു ട്രെൻഡ് വരാൻ സാധ്യത ഉണ്ടോ.

ഇന്നത്തെ കാലത്ത് പൂർണമായും വാസ്തു നോക്കി ഒരു വീടും വെക്കാൻ പറ്റില്ല എന്നതാണ് ഒരു പരമാർത്ഥം. എന്നാലും മനസിന്റെ തൃപ്തി പെടുത്താൻ നോക്കാം എന്നുമാത്രേ ഉള്ളു. വാസ്തു നോക്കി വീടിന്റെ വലുപ്പം കൂട്ടി കടക്കാരനായി സമാദാനം ഇല്ലാതിരിക്കുന്നതാണോ നല്ലത് ഉള്ള പൈസക് ഒരു വീടു വെച്ച് സമാധാനത്തോടെ ഇരിക്കുന്നതാണോ നല്ലത്???

കേരളത്തിലെ ഭൂരിഭാഗം വീടും വസ്തുനോക്കി ആണ് പണിയുന്നെന്തു . നമ്മുടെ കേരളത്തിൽ ഏതെങ്കിലും വലിയ രോഗം ഉള്ളവരോ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ പ്രകൃതി നാസത്തിൽ തകർന്ന വീടോ ഉള്ളവരെ എടുത്താൽ ഭൂരിഭാഗവും വസ്തു നോക്കിയ വീടുകളായിരിക്കും നോക്കാതെ വെച്ച വീടുകൾ കുറവ്യിരിക്കും (അത് നോക്കാതെ വെച്ചത് കൊണ്ടല്ല മറിച് എണ്ണത്തിൽ കുറവായതുകൊണ്ട് )അപ്പോൾ പിന്നെ ന്തു പ്രേശ്നമാണ് നോക്കിയാലും നോക്കിയില്ലെങ്കിലും. ചുമ്മാ കോമഡി
