കാര്യങ്ങൾ എന്ത് neat and clean ആണ് ചേട്ടായി. Simply awsome. എത്ര വിനയമാണ് വാക്കുകളിൽ. ഒരുപക്ഷെ അതുകൊണ്ട് തന്നെയാവാം ചിലരില്നിന്ന് പോലും മോശം പ്രവർത്തികൾ ഉണ്ടാകുന്നതും. ഒരു Engineer എന്നുള്ള നിലയിൽ ഞാനും പല ആൾക്കാരുമായും ഇടപെഴകേണ്ടി വന്നിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഇതുപോലെ അനുഭവങ്ങളും ഉണ്ടായിട്ടുണ്ട്. പലപ്പോഴും ചിന്തിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട് നമ്മൾ ഏത് രീതിയിൽ ചിന്തിച്ചാലും അതുപോലെ ഒക്കെ ആളുകൾ ഉണ്ട്.
Design super. Next month നാട്ടിൽ പോകുന്നുണ്ട് വീടും വസ്തുവും വാങ്ങണം എന്നാണ് ഉദ്ദേശം അത് അത്യാവശ്യം ആയതുകൊണ്ട് മാത്രം. Plan എന്തേലും മാറ്റം ഉണ്ടായാൽ തീർച്ചയായും താങ്കളെ വിളിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്.

വീട് വെക്കാൻ പോകുന്നവർ തങ്ങളുടെ plot'ന്റെ ആകൃതി അവഗണിച്ചു നേരത്തെ വേറെ ആരോ ആർക്കോ ഡിസൈൻ ചെയ്ത വീടിന്റ 3d -യുമായി എഞ്ചിനീയർ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ architect നെ സമീപിക്കുന്ന ഒരു പ്രവണത കുറച്ചു ആളുകൾക്ക് ഉണ്ട്. ചിലപ്പോൾ ആ plot 'ഉം ഡിസൈനും തമ്മിൽ ഒരു ബന്ധവും ഉണ്ടാകില്ല. ചിലപ്പോൾ plot'ന് യോജിച്ച ഡിസൈൻ ആയിരിക്കും. അവരെ കാര്യങ്ങൾ പറഞ്ഞു മനസിലാക്കുക എന്നത് തന്നെ വലിയ ഒരു പ്രൊജക്റ്റ്‌ ആണ്..

The best part of this design to me is the way the level difference of the plot is managed efficiently and effectively. Leveling-up the plot would have increased the cost quiet a lot.

ഞാൻ ഒരു അധ്യാപകനാണ്... ഒരു വീടുവക്കാൻ സ്ഥലം വാങ്ങി. ആറേമുക്കാൽ സെന്റ് ഹൈവേയിലാണ്.... എന്നാൽ അത് ഉയർന്ന സ്ഥലമാണ്. 4.5 മീറ്റർ റോഡിനടുത്തും പിന്നിൽ 10 മീറ്റർ. ഇത് റോഡിൽ നിന്നും ഇലട്രോണിക് സർവേ ചെയ്തതാണ് പിന്നിലേക്കു നീണ്ടുകിടക്കുന്ന സ്ഥലം. ഞാൻ സാറിന്റെ video എല്ലാം കാണാറുണ്ട് . എനിക്ക് വളരെ ചിലവുകുറഞ്ഞ 15 ലക്ഷത്തിൽ നിൽക്കുന്ന ഒരു വീട് പണിയാൻ പറ്റുമോ.....
