  • In this video, I will show you how I make a multi-wick candle using the EZ wick setter tool and wick stabilizers from Jayko Ashby. I used to think multi-wicking a candle was very complicated and wasn't sure how to go about making sure the wicks were evenly spaced in order to provide the most uniform burn for my candles. After some considerable testing, I have found that this combination of tools makes multi-wicking a candle very easy.
I will show you how to load the EZ wick setter tool, how to apply the wicks to your candle vessels, and how to hold the wicks in place using the wick stabilizer tools so the wicks dry perfectly straight and even every time!

How do you work out you FO in your candles if it 10% then what

First you need to make sure you know the fragrance load your wax can handle. Some waxes can tolerate 6-8%, some 8-10% or up to 12%. Each wax manufacturer will have a suggested use rate. Then once you know the correct amount you can use, just do the math. As an example, 8oz of wax with a 10% fragrance load would be 0.8oz of FO. Never more, but you can always do less. Hope this helps!
