I just installed it on my 2014 Infiniti Q60 because it had some acceleration issues and it does make a difference on the initial acceleration, but I noticed that after releasing the gas pedal, the tachometer needle stays in place for a few seconds before dropping. I don't think that's normal.

I am about to take mine off. Check engine popped on and was accelerating on its own on the interstate. Once off the interstate, truck wouldn't go above 30 mph. All codes are pointing to the electronic throttle now.

I purchased this for my 2022 Ram 1500 Lonestar Bighorn 5.7 Hemi Quad Cab.
After disconnecting the negative terminal on the battery.
I proceeded as instructed in this video.
Everything was going fine.
Until- I could never hear or feel the connectors “clicking” and locking into place.
After failed efforts to achieve the “ Clicking “
I just assumed this video was on 2019
And on the 2022 it must not “ click “ or lock into place -- like the video
I proceeded to what I believed to complete the install and route the controller wire
I reconnected the battery’s negative terminal.
I started the truck
But- I had lost all accelerators function.
I then had to remove all parts/components and put in the box.
Lost almost $350🤷🏼‍♂️

I’m pretty sure ur supposed to disconnect the positive not the negative. And there should be information in the box that would tell you what to do if you don’t get any throttle response or get a light. I haven’t installed mine yet but I’m just watching videos to make sure I do everything properly the first time lol

Can you do an off road parts for 2020 ram 1500 classic hemi? I would like to change everything suspension, shock, steering column and so much more because I need to go on a trails for hunting

Are you to disconnect the negative terminal on battery prior to installing this?

You can't increase horsepower by changing throttle settings. You only gain hp from increased boost, compression, or altering timing or cam profile.

I don’t recommend this unless you want it throwing a bunch of codes and have a constant check engine light on

Dealer said if I install this in my 2023 Ram it voids the warranty 😔

I feel these things are just gimmicks, it just simulates the pedal being all the way to the floor but makes it so you dont actually have to have the pedal all the way to the floor. So its no different if u were just to smash the pedal at a stop or whatever u doing.
