Boost Throttle Response, Power & Torque. The JMS PedalMAX Drive By Wire Throttle Enhancement Device is a simple modification designed to significantly improve throttle response and responsiveness for 2007-2018 Dodge RAM models. This device easily plugs in-line between the throttle position sensor and vehicle harness and will rectify common issues associated with the Dodge RAM’s drive-by-wire throttle: it will eliminate pedal lag, reduce turbo lag, improve acceleration and boost low-to-mid range power and torque. The JMS PedalMAX Drive By Wire Throttle Enhancement Device will improve automatic trans shifting and reduce stalling on manual transmission, improving over the RAM’s driving capability and performance.
LED Display. A small digital microprocessor, the JMS PedalMAX Drive By Wire Throttle Enhancement Device features a LED display. It is pre-set to provide maximum (100%) sensitivity and increase throttle response, but where that may be too aggressive, a de-sensitizing plug is also included to reset throttle response to approximately 60% of the maximum. An optional remote-control knob will allow for real-time adjustments to the truck’s sensitivity.
30-Minute Installation. The installation of the JMS PedalMAX Drive By Wire Throttle Enhancement Device is very straightforward and will only require basic hand tools and the included flat head screwdriver. It will easily connect to the throttle position sensor and the vehicle harness with its plug-and-play style harness.

I have a 2011 Ram 1500 & you need to read instructions about which Battery terminal to Disconnect - My instructions told me to Disconnect Positive Terminal so be careful & please read instructions - call JMS if you have any questions or doubt !
Do you have a video showing the performance before and after? I'm thinking on installing one of those in my 2005 5.7 Hemi. Nice explanation BTW!
Not seeing any throttle response remarks,, would love to see someone say wow ,,,what a difference this product made in my truck throttle response,, my 2018 has about 2" press delay,, will this fix my truck?

It appears to be the same thing. There are units elsewhere that have several settings, depending on how you want to drive.
