I'm glad I bought the gts 20, The drip collection looks very good to me. They are my best walking shoes ever.

I have the 21 but also bought 20 afterwards coz of discounted price. I like shape of 20 better although 21 is lighter and has more cushioning overall. Wear my 20 for walking and as a gym shoes.

I’ve had adrenaline gts and had no real issues. I ran a year in ghosts and developed some plantar fasciitis issues. Now im debating trying the glycerin gts.

Both the Adrenaline GTS and Glycerin GTS are stability shoes. The Glycerine feels more cushy. You will probably like the Glycerin especially if you are doing longer runs. The Ghost is a neutral trainer. You may wanna check out the Asics Kayano 30s as well. Thanks for watching.

I also went from Adrenaline GTS to Ghost 15. With the Ghost I developed knee and hip issues. I’ve got Glycerine GTS 20 shipping to me this week but if they don’t work out I’m going to send them back and get the new version of the Adrenaline GTS.

I tried these and felt the guiderails area to be really firm. The firmness is quite prominent around the arch to heel area. Does it soften up with time ?

Hi. Thank you for watching. Everyone's feet are different. That being said, I did not feel prominent firmness like you described. They have always been very cushy with good support and energy return. ( less energy return now that I have put over 600 miles on them). That being said, you may want to try the neutral version next time rather than the GTS. If you want to try Asics, the Nimbus 25 would be the equivalent of the neutral Glycerin.

Have you ever tried the ghost 15 in comparison?

Hi. I have not tried the Ghost 15. I prefer a stability shoe, so for me it came down to the Adrenaline GTS and the Glycerin GTS. The Glycerin has amazing cushioning which is why I went with it. I may try the Ghost. It would probably be good for shorter runs. I think it is lighter weight too. Thanks for watching.
