    Nizoral really work. I had really bad dandruff and buildup on my scalp. And I used this literally after one wash I noticed a major difference. There was no flake in sight.

    I think it’s definitively best to use an applicator tip and use it as a prepoo treatment for the scalp, wash them follow with the moisturising shamp.

    Thanks for sharing sis!!! I have seborrheic derm and I just started my loc journey. I was prescribed ketoconazole, but Im gonna try the As I Am shampoo and conditioner. -Stephanie

      With me an apply a light oil. Rub in my fingers and rub through my scalp so it’s not so heavy. The oil I use is from my line. Lanmouhairessence.

      I agree heavy metal detox, parasite cleanse, i heard a diet rich in fruits dark leafy greens and potatoes help, no grains, no seeds no nuts

    Nizoral works but does not cure. And long term use is no good. The caprylic acid is major.

    You pronounce it keta-con-a-zol(the e is silence) = ketaconazole
