    • @JapaneseCookingChannel
      @JapaneseCookingChannel  Год назад +2

      Thank you so much for your comment!
      It is best to eat it the day you make it or the next day. If you can freeze it, it will keep for a week or two.
      However, please note that the texture and other aspects of vegetables deteriorate quite a bit when frozen.
      For the ground meat cutlet, I think you could freeze them before frying in oil. And, you can fry it right before eating.

      @JapaneseCookingChannel  Год назад +1

      Oh! Thank you so much for trying my recipe. I'm so happy your husband liked it 😆
      Yes, I used frozen edamame. I defrosted mine in the microwave (30sec to 1min @500W).
      Some may defrost naturally, others may boil just a little to defrost.

      And, if the box is microwave safe, you can heat it before eating.

    What kind of sausages are those? I’ve seen them used in several videos but not sure what kind to buy, or what might be equivalent in US

    • @JapaneseCookingChannel
      @JapaneseCookingChannel  2 года назад +1

      We call it "Wiener Sausages" in Japan.
      The sausage in the package shown here is a typical Japanese sausage.
      my-best.net/20238
      I found this site mentioning about Japanese-style sausage. It looks bigger than the one we usually eat, but it might be similar taste!
