- What types of plank do you know? Today we are doing a challenge - a complex of 5 different plank types two times through without a break. "Plank" workout is static, but it gives your body not only muscle strength and general fitness, but also protects from injury, teaches balance, gives stability and, most importantly, proves that 10 minutes of the plank is achievable for you. I will do this workout / PLANK challenge with you for the first time. Let's do it!

I did not dwell only on kindness, but also on what shines through Maria's face and words every time I see her on her videos. If her peers had a hundredth part of Maria's importance in the field of ballet they would certainly be different.

Je suis avec joie et gratitude les vidéos de Maria. Elle est une excellente trainer ( au delà d'être l'une des plus grandes danseuses de la planète). Pour moi chaque personne peut être généreuse à sa façon. D'autres danseuses excellentes (je ne fais pas ma liste de préférées) m'inspirent différemment. Elles sont généreuses avec leur exemple de vie unique. Elles sont exemple de liberté. Exemple de concentration. Exemple de beauté. Exemple à ne pas "donner" forcement"... ce que les autres 'attendent d'elles. Ce n'est pas un diktat "d'être généreuse" envers les autres pour se sentir "une personne bien". L'important c'est de faire les choses avec joie et authenticité. Être authentique POUR MOI est la plus grande forme de générosité.

I did it! After two first planks I decided that I will do only 5 minutes. Given, that after two minutes I felt I am out of stamina. However I kept doing and did it all!! Yay!! Thank you 😊💓☺

Ballet dancers are strong. I found out it long ago, when I first saw "White nights" movie. I admit, I saw It only more than ten years after the premiere.

I also was listening your conversation during this workout so I give You my answers. I live in Poland, which is not very far from Russia. Every year we have hot and dry period during the summer. For about three weeks
temperature is about from 27 to 32 centigrade. This year just in August. Your next question was about music during my trainings.
I listen lots of music, so I have to write about it in big shortcut. It may be pop or rock music from 90s, 80s and from 70s.
I mean selected songs from the repertoire of stars such as (it is impossible to list all of them...):
Kylie Minogue, Jamiroquai, CC Catch, Fancy, Savage, Glenn Frey,
Duran Duran, Laura Branigan, Hall & Oates, Toto, Michael Jackson, INXS, U2, Survivor, Kiss, Def Leppard, Simple Minds.
Sometimes during workouts I listen electronic music called synthwave or synthpop. Here are a few performers of that
kind of music: Dana Jean Phoenix, Nightcrawler, Le Cassette, Mitch Murder, Tokyo Rose, CJ Burnett, Miami Nights 1984.

At first I thought what have I gotten myself into, hahah, but surprisingly the second round was easier and my body just had to wake up. I've been feeling very low on energy lately but this workout really gave me energy and all of my muscles feel pulled together! Thank you Maria and Sofya :)

Goals! Also, the scenery is beautiful and I love the peacefulness of the breez and the birds chirping! My music choice for workouts is eclectic. I can totally use classical to songs liked off of Spotify that are more upbeat.
