You should spread the expense equally Filmora over 36 months
This will not cause random expense flux in certain months (such as month of paying annual insurance )

@@DemiZhuang thanks for sharing! still pretty high at $300 plus. even with the 1% cashback of your previous month's expenses (assuming $2k+ though this month's expenses is higher), that would be $20+ cashback. assuming an average of 2.5% cashback from your current month's expense, that would be about $56. would be most helpful if you could share exactly how you get $300+ cashback as that's pretty substantial!

Now that you're self-employed, your own boss, what is your CPF strategy? e.g. how much you top up, if at all? Maybe a future video for your fans !

Any credit card recommendation for someone who doesn't hit likely won't hit the min spending of 600/800? I am extremely frugal as I don't earn much and I live with my parents:
    - Public transport ~$70/month
    - Groceries for family (can vary as my parents do the groceries too)
    - Seldom eat out as I eat dinner leftovers for lunch, sometimes eat out ~$30/month but I use paylah to pay to my colleagues. Not much social life.
    - Occasional shopping or purchases at physical stores or Shopee
    - I may travel once a year (flight tickets for my family can be ~$5k) - for this, is it still advisable to use a cashback credit card as most of the cards have cashback cap of e.g., $1k?

Demi, just to check. For Moomoo cash plus 6.8%pa guaranteed. So once we finish the duration. For eg, 40 days. We can’t continue anymore? The principle reinvest back into the money market fund. Not possible?

Amazing amount 11.000. Do you have to pay Wealth/capital gain tax in Singapore? In the Netherlands if I invest in ETF’s that are registered in Ireland I don’t have to pay dividend tax. Is that also the case in Singapore? Normal tax rate of dividends in the Netherlands is 15% dividend tax. For the S&P 500 it is VUSA. Last week I have sold all my position in VUSA and changed it to VWRL. It has 3600 companies in it world wide and I have two bond ETF’s VUTY and VEMT. Yes I only use vanguard ETF’s. I invest 90% in VWRL and 5% VUTY and 5% in VEMT. I will now slowly change it to 60% VWRL and 20% VUTY and 20% VEMT. I hope you have time to reply on the taxes of Singapore. I want to move to a country in Asia where there is no wealth/capital gain tax. And thinking about moving to Singapore.
