    Come on, I barely skimmed through this vid. One of the few myths: dividends for those REITs comes 2x a year you should divide them by 6 not take the lump sum. You should really put a disclaimer on this

    Chocolate Finance is NOT a money market fund!
    It includes both MMF and short-term bond funds which has a slightly higher risk ratio.

    Hi Demi, you bought Bond during IPO direct or secondary market??
    Where should I track to look for upcoming retail bond IPO's??
    I only come to know abt bonds when they alr in secondary market!

      IPO through the banks when they first issued! Ah I usually see them on the newspapers 🙈 I recall there is a website that shows this but I can’t rmb the name. Can also follow growbeansprout.

    4.2% for the 1st $20K for Chocolate Finance is until 31 Oct only. From 1 Nov, it drops to 3.6%.

      3.6% for first 20k. 3.2% guaranteed for the next 30k. Withdraw anytime. That's still pretty good to keep 50k there risk free.

      bruh its click bait, this channel has 20k subs, she has 2k followers on instagram with a 100 some avg likes.
      It sounds like cap, she has to show the paper, not just say I made this and that. Everyone of these creators are rich, then you recognize they broke as hell.

    How did you get HSBC EGA at $429.50? Care to share?

      She has between 150k to 160k in her HSBC EGA account with an annual interest rate of 3.25% it gives her around 430 SGD/month. The same goes for UOB...she has 150k there

    Demi, congrats and what is the income tax in singapore on this? so 20k is gross, what is net?

      Assuming 240k annually without any tax relief, the income tax would be between 27k and 30k. Singapore has really low income tax as compared to most countries

    my capital now is only about 15k-ish, and monthly can only save about 5-800.. with my portfolio about 7% pa. return.. guess will take a long time and now hdb cost about 500k
