The “move like the wind” ability only prevents you from shooting after you use it, you can still shoot first and then move again with the ability

Thanks for catching that! I kept hearing people talk about move and shoot with the Hurakan units, but I didn't see that in the rule since it is not explicitly stated. Now I get it.
