- Hey everyone hope y’all are doing good,I know I did a little video before of the powder paint process but I have had a lot of questions about it so I decided to do a full video of the complete process! I get a lot of questions on powder painting and a lot of people are intimidated by the process it’s actually very easy guys and gals hopefully this video clears everything up and helps you get started painting all your own jig heads! Very good video on the powder paint . All somebody needs to get started I currently use nail polish but thinking about going to the powder paint it’s a little bit faster thank you for all the information you gave on this channel look forward to seeing every video you have

Very informative video!! I’m just getting into the jig building process, I’ve got my molds, Lee pot, lead and powder paint!! Any other videos on the right way to do things would be helpful!! Maybe setting up and pouring jigs!! Is that the hatchet head jig from Do It? I tried ordering it but I guess it was discontinued!! Thanks for sharing!!
Well actually if you look into it there’s a lawsuit on the molds almost every one was told to stop using the molds, I built my own molds which are a little different so I’m able to pour there’s another guy Joel Drury out of Illinois also that pours the hatchet mold I think he tweaked his do it mold not really sure it’s taken me 9 months to get my molds where I want them lucky I spent over 25 years in construction and had the tools and contacts to build my own molds, I will do a video of setting up and pouring it may be a little bit but I will get it out there, I appreciate you watching

For the jigs that have recessed areas for 3-D eyes or stick on eyes (yeah they catch more fishermen LOL) do you use a sealer on those jigs or just leavem with the glue thats on the eyes? Or does it not matter?
Gorilla super glue is the best

If you do not use some sort of adhesive the eyes will not last long
