    Crazy I’ve been doing crunches and leg raises for about 1 month and the results are noticeable it’s insane how fast progress shows up when you let time play it’s role and work with it .

    To whoever reading this, start doing crunches!! Start training your core more.... I have been going to gym for about an year now... trained every muscle, did cardio but never worked on core it was boring to me but last month I finally did started with simple crunches and holy s*hit, my physical performance improved so much!

    As an 12 year old, I do a couple 1 minute planks up to 20 planks of 30 seconds, after a couple daysi got to get it better. And I curl literally just 5 pounds, 20 reps, Atleast 10 sets a day. After a couple days my biceps were finally showing, I’m going to add this to my daily workout too. Thanks fam ✌🏽

      Its an all out process

    The trick I’ve learned about these toward crunches are u need to keep your core engaged don’t lay your head on the floor going down keep it low enough and come up, do not let your head touch the floor

    Im actually just 13 im tired of my fat because i am fast at running but i have a low stamina. Im about 58 to 60 kg. I follow all of this and do at about 20 times. I actually do push ups,crunches, and sit ups. And im just training by just a week and actually have body changes such as my biceps gets bigger and stronger (i notice i can grip harder than before) and my lets just say tummy cause i do not have any abs showing yet😅 gets harder and durable so yeah hopes to improve after this month.

    A quick google search and other crunch exercise videos says to Breathe out on the way up, and Inhale on the way down. Why do you say the opposite?

    I was surprised to listen to the breathing technique discussed here. If you breath in while exerting the effort you won't be able to squeeze the muscle due to the air space.
    I think most exercisers know this and its applicable to almost all exercises.
    Pls correct the info coz wrong breathing can cause serious issues for a person with any cardiac problems.

      Solomon Mathi don’t bend your neck when you come up. Just see to that.

      exhale when you crunch - inhale on the stretch. this is effective.

    I can only do the half crunches what he did in start but I want to do a whole crunch
