Thank you, will doing situps hurt my lower back I have degereative disc pain. Thank you
I do too, it’s subjective to where your disc pain is but if you look up workouts for disc pain there are tons of options other than crunches or sit ups
Putting your feet under something when doing sit ups is actually what creates more back pain, I reccomend watching Athlean X’s video on sit ups in relation to back pain

How do you get your shoulders and upper back up off the floor? U can't seem to get it up enough to benefit this exercise???
You have to use your core to lift up!
