      Wonderful! It’s totally possible to strengthen your core with “neck friendly” exercises! And the stronger your core gets…you’ll eventually be able to do those “crunched up” exercises WITHOUT straining in your neck. YOU CAN DO IT!!! 💖😘💪🏼 Be sure to try this workout 👉 ruclips.net/video/h2Ik2aVZX_o/видео.html

    Thank you for this. 2 years of physio and none of them had told me how to avoid straining my neck during core strengthening. I just have to keep at it

      The Peachie Spoonie isn’t all her vids neck friendly if the proper form she is showing is implemented? Not being snarky I promise! 🤗

      Jennifer Bond no they’re definitely not all neck friendly, it’d take a little if explanation to tell you why and I’m guessing that you may not have head or neck issues or a hyper mobility disorder so I’m glad they all work well for you

    Dear Dansique I already knew all of this tips and actually I don't do make the mistakes you talk about in this video but I still get pain on my neck. While I do your routine I feel my core working fine and I can do easily all of them but I do really need to rest my neck or on my arms (kind of awkward, but it works) or Lately I used a yoga block just to support my neck. Thanks for your help any way :)

    • @DansiqueFitness
      @DansiqueFitness  4 года назад +4

      Using a yoga block is a great option. The stronger your core gets, the less tension you'll naturally take in your neck, so keep up with your core exercises! xo

    Girl no matter how many times i try to do this my neck still hurts sooo bad it might be that i'm doing this wrong but i watched this vid like a million times and my neck still hurts🥲 plz tell me a few things that i might be doing wrong in this, so my neck does not hurt anymore

    • @DansiqueFitness

      Try not to get frustrate…if your posture/alignment is correct and you’re still experiencing pain it’s most likely because you’re just gripping in your neck. The stronger your core gets the less you’ll grip in your neck. Try these 2 neck friendly workouts below…do them consistently until you build up more core strength…

    I experienced whiplash about 30 years ago and as a result, the curve in my neck went in the opposite direction. Chiropractors weren't known in my area at that time so it took years before I had any corrective treatment. It's still only 50% corrected. Could this contribute to my neck pain?

    • @DansiqueFitness
      @DansiqueFitness  4 года назад

      Aricka Ladebu If during your core exercises your head/neck is in the incorrect place...then YES absolutely, that’ll cause more neck pain. I would stick to core exercises that don’t require you to lay down then curl up. You can easily work the core by holding planks and doing exercises where you’re sitting up. Here’s a great workout specifically made for people who experience neck pain. ruclips.net/video/h2Ik2aVZX_o/видео.html 💖💖💖
