When we arrived back from China I became critically ill and ended up in ICU in a coma.Roger was at my side for weeks ! Great to see you back up in the workshop. You make a better cnc operator than a nurse 😊💖
I just found your channel. Is the wood you used known locally as Blackwood? African Blackwood (mpingo) has jet black heartwood and a creamy yellowish sap, in that size would be a unicorn. If you could find it that big, only a rare few could afford it. I like what you've done here!
Dear Roger, I have watching your videos', I have no knowledge of cnc machining, but am wood carving lover, I want do 3 and 4D woodcarving, had asses to cnc router have no past appearance of cnc programing. I have some question in ask to ask for my knowledge. 1. how we can make drawing of required 3 or 4D carving. In mechanical machining we make mechanical drawings. 2. we get coordinate of part by scanning or from coordinate measuring machine for reverse engineering. My question is what method is used in wood carving.
Hello, when i use artcam I don't know how to align my model on the y axis;I am trying to creat a bannister which has the X wrapped around Y but it seems that I can't align it right because after i click create rotary relief and having a look at it in the unwrapped mode it looks awful; can't even realise what I'm looking at; any help would be appreciated, thank you
hi, why disable the X axis, and use the X axis driver to work with the A axis? i have a control card with the possibility to connect 5 drivers for the X, Y, Z, A, B axes, is it possible to use the 3 main axes without disconnecting the X or Y axis to work with the A axis?

Nice! I enjoyed that. Thanks Roger. Jim
I've just built a 4th axis rotary for my DIY 4x2 gantry router. Got to learn how to set it up and use it with Fusion 360 next
Again Roger excellent stuff. Thanks for all the info. Your workshop is my idea of the perfect man cave.

Thanks 👍
nice thanks
Beautiful job my friend 👍🏼🍻thank you for sharing great video
awsome job Mr Roger I am an entusiast of CNC and I realy like this kind of stuf
was looking for the details on how you do tool change to smaller end mill
thanks you for the demonstration. Aproximatly how long time for the machinig work?
Superb
Thanks 🤗
Nice work boss.. i much learned about your video's..thanks

thank you for the video it was very helpful, i was wondering if i can do the same thing with ncstudio?
Yes you can!
Hi, can you help how to use 4Th axis with NC studio.
After power loss during job work in rotary don't setup homing switch how to start
Hi Roger let's see more what 3D objects can be machined with this setup
Many thanks Alan

Hi, have a look at my ArtCAM and Carveco videos
good job
Hi Roger, great vídeo..!, do you have the vídeo where you made the toolpath in ARTCAM?
Hi, hear is a video for you.

I would like to subscribe to your next channel , where is the link for it .
Liked , commented and already subscribed .
sir can u plz tell me which CAD software u r using for circular model creation ?
hello sir, I was wondering which cam you use for making the gcode, thank you
Carveco, aka, ArtCAM
💯👏👏👏
Faz mais vídeos com o eixo rotativo 😊
Yes I will be with the next CNC build.
Love the opening music! What song/band is that?

IS THAT A DIY 4TH AXIS YOU BUILT?IS IT A DIRECT DRIVE?
No it's a 10 to 1 gear box and it came with the 6012 CNC router
Could you tell me what tool paths you used in fusion360? thanks.
just wondering where you bought this 4th axis. Or can you put in the specs of it
Which machining software you use to machine
ArtCAM/Carveco
How to set up XHC04
Sure seems like a lot of work keeping your self dusted from having that machine sitting so close.
Where would the best place to purchase a good 6090 4 Axis CNC machine? And what would the best CAM software be? Thanks

I have DSP B58, what post processor is it support it for 4 axis ?
Convert your machine to Mach 3 and you will be ok
