IT HAS APPROXIMATELY A TOTAL TRAVEL OF 1850 mm. I HAVE PERFORMED CHECKS ON THE RACK TEETH, I HAVE EXCHANGED RACK SECTIONS BUT THE ERROR OCCURS IN THE SAME WAY. BETWEEN 900 - 1200 mm THE PIECES THAT ARE OBTAINED ARE 1mm LARGER, THE CURIOUS IS Q THE PIECES THAT I PERFORM OUTSIDE THAT RANGE OF DISTANCES, EITHER LESS THAN 900 mm AND / OR GREATER THAN 1200 mm, ARE IN THEIR CORRECT DIMESIONS. I would do Mach3 calibration with 1 full turn (calc. distance Pi x Dia) not 50mm and inaccurate and clumsy tape measurement)

Restart the same as in flat axis, tell Mach 3 to start in a line of Gcode in the file 20%in 50%in and so on

This seems odd. I would have thought the a axis would work in degrees not mm.
Manfred, I have to agree. All my CNC experience has always been. Only XY&Z are linear. A Axis, is rotational therefor is in Degrees..
