I'm old, so of course, I love Bruce Lee and I have read one of his books. Sage advice. I love to do Horse Stance with some stairs in the open air, great "strength" training. Hopefully, this will keep my legs strong for a long time. Lack of strength is a problem for many seniors.
Thank you. I love putting humour into it, because life is a cosmic joke. And I also think that the entire fitness industry gets most things wrong. That you can look great and still feel... shit. So I try to broadcast this message to the world😅 Please keep watching. More things to come.😊
Wow! I just did it! I love it, it really engages the inner thighs and the area above the knees that is weak in me, and the entire glutes. I am going to do this one every day! This could be the exercise that finally fixes my knee strength! Thanks Pawel.
Now that is a great challenge! I’ll try it daily and check my progression. Without overdoing of course. I really like the fact that you remind it all the times
Your tip to enter the stance in the Shaolin position really helped. I was able to concentrate on just breathing and with a more upright stance. Thanks 53sec
Thank you for trying it. Breathing is actually an important aspect for many sorts of exercise that people sometimes neglect. And I'm glad that you find the tips helpful!😉
Your mileage may vary :D There are all sorts of claims about it, I haven't looked into those carefully, neither did I look into the ones about cellulite reducing...
Thank you so much! I'm sure your friends would also enjoy it. (And they might appreciate you 30 years later when they realize that with the strong legs and hips, they can still walk, run, and hike with their grand children.)

@@TyphoonPilot1 Thank you so much!
Great explanation. Precise, detailed, with a nice humorous edge. Thanks.
Thank you. Humour is important in everything in life. And it's the only way talk about serious matters... such as pooping 😊
Excellent video... saved!
Thank you! Feel free to tell me how you feel and how long you held the stance after you try it.😉

Oh yeah! Just the exercise I need. I can tell because it’s tough and done correctly is tougher! Thanks, as usual.
@@WayOfFallenPetals it will get easier! Let me know how you go.
I perform this daily, doing 3 minute holds
I'm impressed! The extra power there is surprisingly helpful in daily life, isn't it?

Horse stance secret: Heels slightly off the floor, weight off the heels=glute, core activation.
Interesting. I'm going to try how it feels!

Where's the update?
Haha. I do horse stance for my pre-streching,too. Not for the benefits you mentioned in this video, but testosterone boosting.

Wow, 30 seconds really hurts. But I can see how it would get easier after a week or two.
Very time efficient exercise, I like it! :-)
You can do it!
Great video! I'll start practising this one, together with squatting! Because of... oh yea, toilets
YES! TOILETS!
