    I'm old, so of course, I love Bruce Lee and I have read one of his books. Sage advice. I love to do Horse Stance with some stairs in the open air, great "strength" training. Hopefully, this will keep my legs strong for a long time. Lack of strength is a problem for many seniors.

    Wow! I just did it! I love it, it really engages the inner thighs and the area above the knees that is weak in me, and the entire glutes. I am going to do this one every day! This could be the exercise that finally fixes my knee strength! Thanks Pawel.

    Your tip to enter the stance in the Shaolin position really helped. I was able to concentrate on just breathing and with a more upright stance. Thanks 53sec

      Your mileage may vary :D There are all sorts of claims about it, I haven't looked into those carefully, neither did I look into the ones about cellulite reducing...
