      Thanks for the question. Once you make dosa roast it well both sides, it will turn fluffy and light brownish. Serve fresh and warm of course you will the result. Now viewers suggestions/ questions/ outcome please share here.

    I want tothank you for this paratha recipe. Finally I could make it properly with yours as others failed miserably. I live in Europe and got whole-wheat flour from a mill freshly ground and it is a little bit darker in colour but delicious and healthy. Have you a website with other recipes? Tks again

      I think specifically because of the "flipping" techniques, as I have used other ingredients (with using baking powder & also without)
      other people have said/claimed:
      "Bread & pastries will not rise/puff if you do not use baking soda in your recipe!"

    The liquid dough is same consistency as crepe (pancake).
    Here in Mauritius, it is very common to add one egg. It makes the roti softer.

    this is called gothumai(wheat flour) dosa in tamilnadu. it is not paratha. it feels like a soft and liquid textured dosa. we eat it with ulli(onion) chutney. this recipe is just mixing wheat flour in water and using it to make dosas which is much easier and faster than grinding urad dal and rice and fermenting it to get the real batter for a real dosa. if werun out of batter then we use this to make up for a quick breakfast or a dinner.

    Whats the difference between chapati and parata pls explain

    • @bhusanur.cooking
      @bhusanur.cooking  11 месяцев назад +2

      😊Chapati is a simple, thin, and soft flatbread, while paratha is a thicker, flakier bread that can be plain or filled with various ingredients. Parathas are often cooked with oil or ghee, which gives them a richer taste and texture.
