Did anyone try this if yes plz let me know how is the texture of this dish whether it is like roti or dosa
Thanks for the question. Once you make dosa roast it well both sides, it will turn fluffy and light brownish. Serve fresh and warm of course you will the result. Now viewers suggestions/ questions/ outcome please share here.
It's like dosa
To become roti from dosa it took a lot of time should be cook on low flame, time taking process can make 5 phulkas in that time
@@syedsheerin thanks for sharing
I tried this and my 5 year old loved it. It is soft. It looks like paratha ,fluffs while roasting but doesn't taste like roti or paratha . It tastes like thick wheat flour dosa . It is time consuming. My loved it and wouldn't mind preparing it again for him 😊
It is good for people (like old women with shoulder or neck problem, and for men who don't know how to roll a dough into roti) Thankyou very much for this video.
Thank you so much
This is nothing short of genius. All the hard work needed for making paratha simplified!

Try this heart cake without mould
We used to make with this batter for the pancake s as more than 100 years my grandma z recipe
Sounds great! Also we make like pancake/dosa. But thing is extra roasting make taste change
I want tothank you for this paratha recipe. Finally I could make it properly with yours as others failed miserably. I live in Europe and got whole-wheat flour from a mill freshly ground and it is a little bit darker in colour but delicious and healthy. Have you a website with other recipes? Tks again
Thank you so much😊. Please check my channel for more videos: ruclips.net/channel/UCVv3Ea7XDVkn2ip9DSdEQJg
Yes, you can little bit rice for perfect binding
Tried this recipe and I had to add a little bit more flour to get the smooth mixture. They worked great. It takes a while to get a rhythm but they're good. I added herbs and fresh garlic... Yummy!
Great to hear! thank you so much.
Today i made this dish it's awesome 👍 thank u dear my all family love this dish thank u so much god bless you always dear 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Great 👍 Thank you so much for the feedback
@@bhusanur.cooking my pleasure
Thanks for the very good and detailed explanation about the 2 types of heat to be used at the beginning and when the bread has formed and the pressing of the sides of the bread to make it puff.
I always used to wonder why my flat breads did not always puff. Now I know and will try this recipe.
Glad it was helpful!
I think specifically because of the "flipping" techniques, as I have used other ingredients (with using baking powder & also without)
other people have said/claimed:
"Bread & pastries will not rise/puff if you do not use baking soda in your recipe!"
#BakingSodaBreadMyth2022
It turns out to be dosa or chella like. Not paratha. Also roasting takes a lot of time.
Yes little bit more time than usual dosa. Just for a change you can make it
@@bhusanur.cooking Amen sister! Thanks for sharing.
Would it be improved if the batter fermented with a little yeast, or is that not even necessary? Also, what are the disadvantages of making roti this way? It looks awesome.
The liquid dough is same consistency as crepe (pancake).
Here in Mauritius, it is very common to add one egg. It makes the roti softer.
Mane try kya tha nahi huaa aapk jesi
Today I am going to make liquid dough batter paratha 🤔
Planning to make it & I also love cooking different types of veg food & dishes🌯🙏❤🍽
Hope you enjoy
It takes time but it taste superb for perfect you have to press the paratha with spatula until it is properly cooked
It wont take much time. Roast them like chapathi
Very easy and it takes a few time ....anyone can make it 👍👍👍👍👍 thank you ..
Now this batter paratha is on trend on youtube
Tried it out yesterday.
It did not puff up like its supposed to. The final product was leathery.
What did I do wrong?
Cooking time..You need to roast little more by slightly pressing it
same here.
This is wheat dosa not paratha or chapathi... We usually make it
This is very simple ...... I will try this
All the best
The key to making this batter turn out into chapati is the initial lowering of flame. Otherwise holes will form and it will become like dosa!
I think its very good recepie for diabetic patients ..
Bcz they use to eat daily chapatis at night it might be different taste like dosa and different dinner for one day
Yes you are correct
This worked for me. The key is not to add too much water and use a non-stick pan. Also, it didn't taste like dosa, the consistency was more like the gujurati thepla which is close to roti than a dosa.
Thanks for trying. Appreciate your feedback.
Nenu try chesanu superga vachhaai very nice
Thank you so much
Tried it last night. OK. Bit like a pancake/crepe. But as a flat bread: great. Next time will try adding flavour, cheese or garlic or both.
Thank you so much

My pleasure 😊
How are you guys getting these stuff to swell with baking powder....or rising agent....
Its real no fake. No rising agent used
@@bhusanur.cooking thank you, would try it....
this is called gothumai(wheat flour) dosa in tamilnadu. it is not paratha. it feels like a soft and liquid textured dosa. we eat it with ulli(onion) chutney. this recipe is just mixing wheat flour in water and using it to make dosas which is much easier and faster than grinding urad dal and rice and fermenting it to get the real batter for a real dosa. if werun out of batter then we use this to make up for a quick breakfast or a dinner.
Thank you. Please check out instant wheat flour dosa recipe: ruclips.net/video/BPOaIfa_ONM/видео.html

Which company non stick pan and what price pls tell me full details
Did any one tried this recipe? I tried chapati. It ddnt come. It became papad. Pls let me know anyone cud do it???
I tried it and this the outcome. Please try and share your feedback
Even i tried it didn't com well
I saw in other youtube channel they had mixed equal measure of wheat n maida
Is there anything else that has to be added to the batter, coz this way it becomes like papad. May be the non stick should be of high quality,I think.
@@manjuli301 ya
@@manjuli301 pls stick to the ol fashioned way! All these schemes look good on the media these r wheat dosas/pancakes nothing else
I tried twice but still can not get it to puff up correctly. Still the roti is more like crepe and is pliable.
Can we mix wheat atta in mixer
Yes you can
Can it be freezed after making it and then reused it by warming?

I tried this recipe and it tasted like dosa and not Chappati.
I got the doubt...thank u...

This a wheat cheela. We add sugar to atta and let it dissolve then make yummy sweet cheelas.Parantha is a misnomer. Ask any North Indian they will say the same.

Whats the difference between chapati and parata pls explain
😊Chapati is a simple, thin, and soft flatbread, while paratha is a thicker, flakier bread that can be plain or filled with various ingredients. Parathas are often cooked with oil or ghee, which gives them a richer taste and texture.
